Chobe National Park, is the second largest park in Botswana, covers 10,566 SQkm, has one of the greatest concentrations of game found in Africa. Its uniqueness and the abundance of wildlife offers a safari experience of a lifetime. There is no better way to view game then by taking a small boat down the Chobe river, you can expect to get within meters of Elephant if they are crossing the river. A game drive in the afternoon will get you close to the big cats. Chobe is divided into 4 distinctly different eco systems: Serondela with its lush plains and dense forests in the Chobe River area in the extreme north-east; the Savuti Marsh in the west about 50km north of Mababe gate; Linyanti Swamps in the north-west and the hot dry hinterland in between.
