The beautiful view.
5 stars from me, amazing people, amazing view and such a small and intimate place!!!
The buzz and quaintness.
The quaintness, cleanliness and lovely places to walk around.
It really is a must see town, there is a scratch patch with the most beautiful stones. Boulders beach is a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy the penguins and plenty of shops to browse, plus a very nice yacht club with plenty of spots to choose from to grab something to eat.
Everything is central.
The quiet tranquility :-)
The town itself is amazing, historical and quaint. The view of the bay and the beach were breathtaking.
The stunning views of beach and mountain. Excellent restaurants and bars. Scenic drives. Hiking trail.

Part of Simon’s Town’s history is the bronze statue of ‘Just Nuisance’ which stands in Jubilee Square. Just Nuisance was a famous Great Dane who was awarded the title of Able Seaman in the navy.
Simon’s Town has a quaint village feel with many cobbled streets and old cottages. It is superb to visit during the early and late winter months, as it is north facing, getting the warm winter sun.

Guests escape the noise and bustle of lodges by opting to stay in either fully self-catering or bed and breakfast cottages. Self-catering cottages are a home away from home and come fully equipped with everything guests need. Most self catering cottages also come with a cleaning service, Dstv, and a private patio/entertainment area. Guests who opt for bed and breakfast cottages enjoy their own private patio/entertainment area, luxury amenities, Dstv, and cleaning service. There is often a small kitchenette, if guests wish to do a little cooking, and a relaxing lounge area. Cottages are ideal for families, small groups of friends and couples wishing for a more private retreat.
