Payments can be made by credit card for on-line bookings and eft payments are also possible by contacting us direct to arrange this.
Bookings are only confirmed once Honeywood has received the completed signed booking form, signed terms and conditions and confirmation of the 50% deposit. A refundable R500 key and damage deposit is required on arrival at honeywood, and will be refunded once the chalet has been checked and the key with remote control returned to reception.
Payment in full is required 7 days before booking in.
Check- in and checkout
guests are welcome to check into their accommodation between 2pm and 8pm on the date of arrival and check out not later than 10am on the date of departure. Earlier check-in or later checkout times can be accommodated by prior arrangement.
Our chalets accommodate a maximum of 4 guests including children. Guests found in contravention of this rule will be liable for the full cost of an additional chalet. Day visitors should leave the property before 10pm each day.
Loud music is not allowed on the property as we value the peace at Honeywood and we request that due consideration is given to other guests during your stay.
Guests are welcome to use the gas braais provided on the verandas, but wood or charcoal braais are not allowed on the verandas.
Stricly no pets allowed
Children -
We are happy to accept children under the supervision of guardians.
Please note that our accommodation does not idealy provide for the needs of children, and guardians hereby accept responsibility for the saftey of children in their care, in particular around the garden and swimming pools.
Smoking & incense
For the comfort of our guests, Honeywood is a strictly non-smoking establishment. All rooms lead out onto a balcony where ashtrays are provided and smoking and burning of incense is permitted.
Firearms: for the safety of all concerned, firearms are not permitted to be kept on the premises. Valuables:
Honeywood does not accept any liability for loss of or damage to any valuables or property belonging to guests or their visitors.
It is therefore the sole responsibility of all guests to make arrangements for adequate insurance coverage all valuable items prior to arrival at Honeywood.
Room service:
The chalets are serviced 6 days a week, and are not serviced on Sundays, Christmas day, New Years Day and Good Friday. This service includes making beds, sweeping, washing dishes once a day, and cleaning the bathrooms. It does not include tyding away or cleaning clothes, toys and sporting equipment.
The linen is changed every 4 days and guests are requested to supply their own swimming towels. Should guests request a further change of linen then an additional laundary charge will be levied. Laundry soiled beyond reasonable cleaning will be replaced and guests charged accordingly.
General Indemnity -
Whilst every care has been taken by honeywood to ensure the safety of guests and their possessions whilst enjoying our accommodation, Honeywood does not accept any liability in the event that any loss or damage to persons or property is experienced by a guest.
Loss or damage to Honeywood
Should honeywood suffer any loss or damage as a result of an act or omission by a guest or visitor of a guest, the guest will remain liable for full reimbursement of such loss or damage incurred and will be billed accordingly.
Guests are not permitted to remove any of the furnishings or equipment supplied in the chalets from the property.
Right of admission reserved
Honeywood at all times reserves the full right of admission and accepts no liability for any loss of damage that may result from the legal and reasonable exercising of such rights.
Should Honeywood at any time need to exercise this right, no reimbursements or refunds will be made in this regard.

NO NOISE OR LOUD MUSIC PERMITTED. Music may not be audible from outside the suites at any given moment.
