Booking Policy
A 20% deposit is due within 24 hours of booking. The full booking amounts are due if check in is within 14 days of when the booking was made.
Housekeeping on Request - Service must be booked on date of booking R100 -R150 per clean which is a half service only (Make Beds, Tidy Kitchen and Bathroom).
Wi-Fi available on request at a fee depending on availability.
Minimum 2 Night Stay over Long Weekends and Public Holidays.
All refunds within the cancellation policy subject to a further administrative fee of R250 per transaction.
Shaded Parking for One Vehicle.

Damage Deposits
Due to Covid, we will not be handling any cash, all bookings and damage deposits must be paid up as per the booking policy prior to arrival.
The Damage Deposit of R1 000 per apartment must be paid to the specific Bridge Apartments Damage Deposit Account 7 days prior to check in. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of departure. Should the guest pay the damage deposit to the incorrect account or to the booking account, then the refund will be subject to the deduction of bank and merchant charges.

Forfeiture of the damage deposit and cancellation of the booking without a refund will apply for:
Disorderly conduct
Breaking of the Conduct or Covid rules
Inebriated behavior
Loud music and noise that disturbs other guests and residents
Failure to disclose that the booking is for a group, gathering or party
On check out, the Apartment must be handed back in the same condition that it was given to the guest.
Check-out time is strictly no later that 10am, thereafter a fee of R500 per hour will charged
