* No booking is secured until the full deposit has been received.
* Please note that Bookings for a Weekend must, must be done and paid for before 12h00 on the Friday preceding the weekend. Only EFT payment will be accepted if proof is sent to us before 16h00 on that Friday. Any bookings done after 12h00 will not be accepted even if done on-line and or paid for. Please call our offices before 16h00 to confirm that we are aware of your Booking as well as to confirm that we have received your payment.
* For any last minute bookings you have to first confirm same with us before you depart from your residence to confirm that we do indeed have place and am aware of your booking and also to enable us to send you more documents and to enable us to confirm that you have paid and where you need to collect the keys. The above can not be confirmed on a public holiday or a weekend as our officed are closed on those days.
* Your deposit for weekend bookings are equal to 50%, payable within 1 week of booking and the balance to be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival.
* For all other bookings, the deposit of 30% should be paid within 2 weeks from making the booking and the balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival on Peak/In season and long weekend bookings. And 2 weeks on Out of season bookings.
* Should payments not be received by the specified time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking forthwith and all monies paid will be forfeited.
* For bookings far in advance, you may pay your 30% deposit over a period of 3 months.
* Once full payment has been received, we shall then forward you a Final Confirmation advising you where the keys may be collected as well as other final details.
* Please note that we reserve the right to cancel or change your booking if it is in conflict with other bookings or our booking policy.
