CORONA CANCELLATION POLICY
EFFECTIVE 20 MARCH 2020 UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
1. Confirmed bookings for which we have received a deposit or full payment will be secured should you (or your clients) decide it unsafe to travel.
2. Bookings may be amended up to 12 (twelve) months from the original arrival date. Please be aware that seasonal rates will apply.
3. The above will only apply if we have received the required deposit or the full payment to confirm your reservation.
1. Any booking cancellations will incur a 10% admin fee, this fee will be discounted on your next booking made within 12 months
2. We trust that our partners and guests understand our situation; we are doing our utmost all we can to work with our guests and partners to find mutually agreeable solutions.
3. This step is necessary to ensure that our business continues to operate through these extremely difficult times, We want to be here for you when the storm blows over.
1. Any bookings made from 19 March 2020 will be subject to the following Special Conditions.
• No deposit will be required at the time of booking.
• 4 (four) weeks prior to arrival a 50% deposit will be required to confirm the reservation.
• The balance of 50% will be required 14 days before arrival.
• If a booking is cancelled within 2 (two) weeks of arrival a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
We reserve the right to make changes to these new terms and conditions at any time and will send out notifications.
As soon as the Corona Virus epidemic has been contained we will revert back to our original terms and conditions for bookings.

1. Our Office hours are:
Monday to Thursday - 08h00 to 17h00, Fridays - 08h00 to 19h00
Weekends and Public Holiday - 08h00 to 16h00
2. Arrival / Check in time as follow:
• Monday to Thursday between 15h00 and 17h00
• Friday between 15h00 and 19h00
• Saturday and Sunday between 15h00 and 16h00
• Please make special arrangements with us for alternate check in times 2 days prior to arrival
• Departure time is 10h00
3. No pets are allowed
4. No smoking is permitted inside the units
1. A R500 refundable breakage deposit is payable per accommodation apartment, in cash or with Credit Card details, on arrival
2. The breakage deposit will only be refunded the day of departure
3. Should damages / breakages / shortages occur the balance of the deposit will only be refunded within 21 days after all breakages / damages / shortages have been replaced. Should the cost of the damaged / broken / missing item/s be more than the R 500 refundable breakage deposit levied, the guest / corporate will be liable for payment of the outstanding balance within 5 business days of invoice thereof - thereafter legal steps will be taken to ensure re-payment
1. Children under the age of 12 when sharing with parents will be free of charge. This applies to a maximum of two children per family. The additional children under 12 pay rack rates. Kindly supply their date of birth
2. Baby camping cots are available free of charge but must be pre-booked
