* Whales /Hermanus
90 minutes drive from RM
Hermanus is whale capital of our coastline (May - Late Nov), and makes the perfect day trip. Travel to Hermanus along the magnificent coastal road with inspiring views of False Bay and a good chance of seeing whales.

Once in Hermanus enjoy a walk along the cliffs to view whales as close as 50m off the shore, listen for the whale crier who alerts visitors to the presence of Southern Right whales in the bay.
