Area Information:

Gordon's Bay gives real meaning to the term 'picturesque coastal village'. Lying at the sundrenched foot of the Hottentots Holland range, which drops straight into an azure sea, its harbour is a constant buzz of holiday activity. Home to the South African Naval College, Gordon's Bay is forty-five minutes' drive to Cape Town and 30 minutes to Cape Town International Airport. Retaining a village-like intimacy despite its popularity, it offers an inexpensive, Mediterranean-style alternative to the turbocharged city across the bay.
Backdropped by magnificent mountains and blessed with diverse flora and fauna, kilometres of white, sandy beaches and its own wine route, Helderberg is a tourists' paradise.
North, across False Bay's wide, tranquil expanse, Table Mountain's distinctive silhouette looks out over the Cape Flats. Rich in history, Helderberg is the last resting place of Sheikh Yusuf, buried at the Macassar Kramat (Moslem Shrine) in 1699.
The Helderberg Wine Route ('from the sea to the vine') boasts some of the oldest estates and manor houses and was awarded the first two five-star ratings ever to South African wines by Wine magazine.
Accommodation is plentiful and varied and the Helderberg boasts some of the finest restaurants, steakhouses, pizzerias, take-aways and speciality eateries in the Western Cape.
Every conceivable sport is on offer. Helderberg has three golf courses and hosts every type of watersport.
The Helderberg Mountains offer walking, hiking, rock climbing and trailing and, with our wonderful, near-perfect year-round climate, your visit can only be a never-to-be-forgotten experience.

Property Facilities:

We have an informal lounge with a full liquor license, where you are invited to socialise with other guests. The recreational room opens to an outside barbecue area, and is equipped with a large flat screen tv for the guests enjoyment.
We have a fully equipped gym and a large swimming pool for the guests to enjoy.
