Sharky Holiday Home features self-catering accommodation in a modern, double-storey home, situated within close proximity to the little village of Kleinbaai, well-known for shark-cage diving and whale watching. This furnished house is set on the Franskraal coastline overlooking the well-known Dyer Island and surrounding areas.
The house comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a guest toilet, and an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The main bedroom is located on the first floor and features an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bath, a makeup corner with a vanity unit, a guest toilet, and a dedicated workstation. The front balcony is accessible from the main bedroom and the dining room.
The first floor also comprises a kitchen and a separate scullery, equipped with modern electrical appliances including a fridge, stove, extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine, and an electrical water-purifying system. The lounge contains a TV with a DStv decoder as well as Sony and Boston audio equipment.
There are 2 bedrooms located on the ground floor, both with built-in cupboards. These 2 bedrooms have access to the second bathroom with a shower and a bath. The kitchenette on the ground floor is equipped with a fridge, microwave and kettle. The undercover patio is accessible from 1 of the bedrooms and the kitchenette. Guests have access to a rear balcony, a telescope for mountain- and sea viewing, a Weber gas braai, and a double garage with automated doors.
Sharky Holiday Home is conveniently situated approximately 400m from the beach and 2 km from Kleinbaai for shark viewing and cage-diving facilities. Local attractions in the area include Uilenkraalsmond beach and lagoon, Kleinbaai Golf Course, Gansbaai, and Danger Point Lighthouse.
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable.
The house may not be used as an events facility.

No smoking inside building.
Bed linen and all towels are provided.
200 units of pre-paid electricity are provided. Pre-paid electricity can be purchased at Gansbaai municipal office and OK Foods.
