The Epic Guest House is situated in the rustic Noordhoek, with its delightful village atmosphere at the foot of the famous Chapman’s Peak, and the most scenic coastal
drive along the renowned Cape Point Route in Cape Town.

style with a tasteful touch of Africa, immediately inviting you to sit & feel the relaxed atmosphere.
A scrumptious wholesome breakfast is served from 8 – 9:30 am; Coffee & Tea is available all day with an open tab bar. A wide variety of restaurants are available to satisfy every taste bud and budget.
The entertaining swimming pool and braai area look down onto the ‘wetland’ where abundant birdlife visit our property. The large Koi-fish-pond is another tranquil place to relax, or read a book by the cosy fire place on colder nights, or enjoy an awesome sunset with a glass of wine on one of the sun-lounges on the large veranda deck. Secure off street parking and wireless internet is also provided.
Our lovely wide veranda deck entices you to enjoy the awesome views of surrounding mountains, wetlands and amazing sunsets through mature tall trees, with the Atlantic Ocean beckoning in the distance!

Our Epic Guesthouse is cosy but clutter free and easy to maneuver for wheelchair users and able travellers alike. We offer accessible B&B accommodation for everybody! 4 spacious rooms: 2 being spacious en-suite family rooms and 2 double/twin rooms (own separate bathrooms), all with roll-in showers and very comfortable beds.
From our perfect gateway you can explore the South Peninsula with its highlights: 8km of pristine white sand on ‘Longbeach’ (Noordhoek to Kommetjie) with horse rides available daily; the famous family beach of Fish Hoek with accessible promenade; entertaining Boulders Beach with the African penguin colony; well known golf courses; historic Simonstown; ‘Scratch patch’ – Gemstone factory; ‘arty’ Kalkbay; charming Constantia Winefarm; the active Hout Bay fishing Harbour and World of Birds; Botanical Kirstenbosch Gardens; nature walks on Silvermine; and of course – vibrant city centre of Cape Town (30km) with entertaining Waterfront with trips to the famous Robben Island.
