Located on a sun-soaked stretch of seemingly endless beach in Milnerton, Leisure Bay: Alprop Apartments offers affordable, self-catering accommodation in an apartment at Leisure Bay where one can enjoy spectacular, panoramic views of Table Mountain, Table Bay, Robben Island and Bloubergstrand from a private, spacious sea-facing balcony.
The apartment includes a double bed, built-in cupboards, dressing table with mirror and digital combination safe. There is a separate shower cubicle and bath in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, fridge with freezer, oven and stove, microwave, toaster, kettle and steam iron and board. Guests have free access to two Leisure Bay swimming pools and coin-operated laundromat. Linen and towels are supplied. For guests' peace of mind, there are 24-hour security guards, as well as secure off-street parking. DStv (Family) is also offered as a standard feature.
Once-per-week housekeeping included for stays of 8 nights or longer, additional housekeeping can be arranged for additional cost.
Leisure Bay is 100 m from Lagoon Beach Hotel, which has a Wang Thai, The Brasserie, and La Mizu restaurants should guests wish to dine out.
Cape Town CBD and the V & A Waterfront are merely 8 km down the Otto Du Plessis highway. Enjoy a round of golf at the nearby Milnerton Golf Course or shop until you drop at Century City, conveniently located only 5 km away.
Note that this is a Top-floor apartment and there are no lifts at Leisure Bay.

Ons het dit vreeslik baie geniet. Die woonstel het 'n uitstekende uitsig en is baie ruim en netjies. Sal beslis weer kom!
Die eetplek is toe maar in 1 km is daar 4 plekke, glo nie daar is 'n mooier uitkyk as daai plek nie
Leisure Bay is 'n lekker kompleks, goed geleë, netjies. Was 'n lekker kuier.
Die eenheid is goed toegerus, goeie DStv-kanale, maar sou graag rugby en gholf ook wou kyk. Uitsig is die beste en die klank van die see is heerlik om na te luister. Goed toegerus, skoon en netjies.
This is a lovely 1 bedroom apartment right on the beach with a splendid view of Cape Town and Table Mountain to Bloubergstrand. It is close to everything you want to do. The security at the place is outstanding. The apartment isn’t modern, but clean. It had cutlery for 4 people equipped with little extras like a stove, microwave, iron and board, laundromat (coin-operated) etc. It was quiet, and we rested well. Will definitely be back.
Dit was die beste georganiseerde, mees professionele diens van Mario vir enige vakansie. Dit het gevoel soos home away from home. Die ligging is fantasties, direkte toegang tot die strand, naby aan baie van Kaapstad se bekendste bestemmings en rustige, skoon omgewing. Ons het vir seker lekker uitgerus en sal beslis weer daar bly.
Die woonstel is netjies en gemaklik. Ek het gehou van die dekor en was absoluut mal oor die panoramiese see-uitsig. Dit was voorwaar 'n lafenis vir die siel. Die enigste nadeel was die trappe.
