South Villa Guest House & Garden is situated in the suburb of Paradise, in the town of Knysna, “The heart of the Garden Route”, in sunny South Africa.
South Villa Guest House & Garden offers our visitors a relaxed experience, surrounded by indigenous forest and overlooking the famous Knysna Heads and lagoon.
At January 1st 2023 we opened our wonderful little garden. The garden is behind the main building and it’s a wonderful place to relax with a phantastic view on the lagoon and the ocean. We are very happy to finally offer this new additional option to our guests.

South Villa Guest House & Garden is ideally positioned to take advantage of all major attractions in and around Knysna such as Simola and Pezula Golf Courses, the Knysna Waterfront, Ferries to Featherbed Nature Reserve, Elephant Park and a 10 min walk to the Town Centre.
All rooms are en-suite (shower only), decorated in the theme of understated elegance of which 4 rooms have private balconies overlooking the Knysna lagoon and Knysna Heads.
In Room Facilities:The rooms are comfortably decorated and 4 have a fantastic view over the Lagoon of Knysna. Each also features a shower-only en-suite bathroom and a private spacious balcony.
Depending on which room you choose, you'll be sleeping in a comfortable Queen size or even Queen extra length size beds, all fitted with quality bedclothes and pillows.

South Villas was a magic place, the pics on the adverts don't really do it justice.
It's got an amazing view of the lagoon and the room was awesome...
The hospitality was even better and you even get served breakfast on your own private balcony which I thought was a great touch..
