That is our motto and we live by it. We have been running Rustic Butler since 2009 and are looking forward to hosting you! Over the past years we have improved, improvised, renovated, extended, and just simply got better.
We will do our utmost best to provide a safe and hygienic stay.

A home-cooked meal is specifically prepared to meet guests’ needs while they relax in our 4-star facility.
When it is safe to do so, the guests may be invited to join me in the kitchen while I am cooking with a glass of wine!
Rustic Butler is perfectly situated in a residential area of White River. We are within reach of the Kruger National Park, Blyde River Canyon, and the warm waters of Maputo, yet at the same time are close to the lively city of Nelspruit. Riverside and Ilanga malls with their shops, restaurants and movies are 12 km to 18 km away and Casterbridge with its art, cinema, and restaurant a mere six minutes.
A new shopping centre with all the necessary shops was completed in August 2019.
White River is also a mecca for artists with the likes of Zakkie Eloff and Esias Bosch. For adrenaline junkies, Induna Adventures is the company to contact for anything from the Big Swing in Graskop (40 km), river-rafting, zip-lining, kloofing to geckoing. Echo Tours is a local company offering trips to the Kruger National Park and Panorama Trail and will also do pick- ups and drop-offs at party venues.
After a short drive to Sudwala Caves, you can explore the insides of the mountain and afterwards go back in time at the Dinosaur Park. Kaapsehoop is known for its wild horses and has the reputation of snow in winter.
The area boasts numerous cultural and sports festivals throughout the year: Innibos, Panorama, Jock and Uplands Festival are very popular. The local schools, Rob Ferreira, White River Primary, Flamboyant School, Penryn, Curro, Nelspruit Hoërskool, Bergvlam, Lowveld High, Nelspruit Laerskool and Laeveld Akademie are known to host rugby-, hockey-, netball- and cricket festivals. Mountain biking and hiking is just two of the many activities happening in and around White River!
We have fantastic restaurants in White River: Picasso’s, Magnolia, Oliver’s, Gumtreez, Loose Mongoose, Zannas, Zip and 24 on Coolmore to name but a few.

Great stay, Annelize is a fantastic hostess. I will recommend The Rustic Butler to anyone staying in this area of Mpumalanga.
The people give attention to the smaller details. The room are spacious and comfortable.

Dit was 'n wonderlike oorslaap. Die eienaars is so gasvry, vriendelik en rustig. Die plek is baie netjies en skoon. Kan oor absoluut niks kla nie.
Baie dankie aan Rustic Butler B&B vir 'n ongelooflike lekker tydperk wat ons by julle bestee het. Julle vriendelikheid en behulpsaamheid word opreg waardeer. Ons sal beslis weer van julle gebruik maak op ons volgende reis.

Die kamers was netjies en stylvol gemeubileer. Die gasvrou was Vriendelik en behulpsaam. Ek sal dit enigetyd kan aanbeveel.

There is a shisanyama along the road . Wow … what a nice place to chill in, the music was good. They braai the meat for the customers.
