Discover Du Kloof Lodge, a haven of fresh air and tranquillity nestled between the Du Toits Kloof and Witteberg mountains in a wine-producing region of the Western Cape.
Du Kloof Lodge welcomes bookings for our comfortable single or double rooms (with en-suite bathrooms), which form part of the Lodge.
We also offer free standing self catering chalets that sleep up to four people each.
For those wanting to luxuriate just a little more, our new executive rooms are placed right next to the river.
In Room Facilities:All units have
*Air-conditioning
*38 DStv channels
*Tea and coffee-making facilities
*En-suite bathrooms
*Wi-Fi
A little further afield lie the wine routes of Paarl, Stellenbosch, Franschhoek, Wellington and Worcester - five of the world's best all within reach! That is of course, besides the very convenient option of our own Vinoteque.
There also fantastic golf courses at Boschenmeer (plus minus 10 km) and at Worcester (plus minus 30 km). This really is the Boland at its best, rich with verdant vineyards and mountain ravines sheltering patches of evergreen forests.
Property Facilities:Then there's our on-site restaurant, a popular bar, as well as all the outdoor pursuits the daylight will allow you: invigorating mountain hikes, bird watching and swimming in our river pools.
We also cater to outdoor lovers, as we have braai areas near the river. The lodge host music shows on a regular basis.
Oh - and don't worry about those rainy days. All the more reason to make yourself at home with a glass of red in our welcoming restaurant or bar. Don't forget our Big Screen for landmark sports events.
There's so much to do in the immediate vicinity that we always find that guests who come for a night or two, normally book their return stay for longer!
Just adjacent to the estate is a thriving trout farm, which leads us to mention our trout-rich river and six dams - come prepared! Rainbows up to 20" are regularly caught here, and the average size is in the region of 15".

Paarl Reviews
Best hospitality we have experienced in a very long time.
People go out of their way to accommodate you with the simplest things.
Loved the following places with helpful and friendly staff contributing to an a-lister experience-
Nine Oaks- beautiful venue with a little shop, restaurant and bar area on site. We stayed here for 4 nights and it really is a little hidden gem.
Spice Route- as always we had an amazing experience with the most beautiful views, charcuterie and cheese boards, wines, spices and beer and cider tastings. So much to do in so little time.
Bellaire Pavillion- stunning venue. Beautiful views! Lush green! Variety of little hidden gems all rolled into one venue. If we had more time I would've explored the venue more to see what else it had to offer ♡
Picardie- 5 star experience. Read the review. Nuff said ♡♡♡♡♡
Fairview- Have been to Fairview before. Love the Goats at the entrance. Love the Goatshed restaurant- we had breakfast there- we had the best muesli and yoghurt we have ever had!!! Even if you are not a great fan of a cold breakfast- try it- it might convert your tastebuds!
I have to also give a shout out to all the little local bars we visited- we felt part of the local crowd in no time.
Black Steers Kitchen- wow- what a stunning view and once again accommodating us so last minute to share a bit of what you had to offer to end off our travels on a high note before going for one last Hooray to...
Bossa Paarl- what a way to end a perfect holiday party!
See you all soon hartsmense en hartsplekke. Tot weersiens!
lots to do , safe and clean
Quiet, clean and friendly
Divine greenery.
The vineyards and weather!
Highly recommended to anyone who needs peace, beauty in surrounding and to relax!!
Nice evening vibe. Sushi buffet was Devine!
Visiting the wineries.
The Spice Route is definitely a plus. But the town itself has some stunning spots. There are open green parks along the river which are perfect for picnics, and there are ample shops and restaurants to enjoy.
The farm scenery.
