Accommodation comprises ONE - Self-Cater Apartment and TWO - Bed and Breakfast Units. All the units are four star grading level. The Self-catering unit sleeps up to four guests in two upstairs bedrooms, with a shared bathroom between them.
Although there are two bedrooms all beds are not made up by default . Please advise bed configuration before arrival .The main bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has two adjacent single beds.
Bed and Breakfast Unit 1 is a luxurious room with twin beds or a king-size bed by prior arrangement and an en-suite shower with heated towel rails. Bed and Breakfast Unit 2 is also a luxurious room with either twin beds or a Kingsize bed with a private bathroom with shower only and heated towel rails. The Bed and Breakfast Units both include a continental breakfast. No smoking is allowed in any of the rooms.All bathrooms have showers only.

The Self-catering Apartment features both indoor and outdoor fireplaces, an open-plan lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen area downstairs, and a private balcony with breathtaking sea views. TV with DStv. Tea and coffee making facilities. The Bed and Breakfast Units both feature a bar fridge, tea and coffee-making facilities, TV with DStv, and a balcony with sea views.

Paternoster is a small, quaint and picturesque fishing village about 145km (90 minutes drive) from Cape Town and 15km north-west of Vredenburg.

A favourite weekend getaway destination for Capetonians, Paternoster is one of the oldest towns along the West Coast . It was previously known for its abundance of crayfish .Sadly crayfish is currently under threat of extinction - WWF/SASSI . Paternoster is an all year round destination famous for its traditional fisherman's architecture and endless pristine sandy white beaches. Visitors to Paternoster delight in watching whales and dolphins frolicking in the ocean (ten months of the year) and after the first winter rains fall the landscape is transformed by the millions of indigenous flowers which open and densely carpet the earth in bright bursts of colour (usually between late July and September).

For bird lovers, Paternoster is home to over 250 species of birds with seabirds (Seagulls, cormorants, sacred ibis and the Oystercatcher) using this coastline as their breeding ground.

Popular activities and attractions include Beach Buggy trips along the coastline, long walks on the beaches, wine and beer tasting ,Bird watching , hiking trails, mountain biking and sea kayaking for novices .Recent new attractions include a variety of art and bric a brac shops at the CRAYFISH WHARF and ECO BIKES to hire . A popular venue brings live entertainment to town at the KOELKAMERS - there are fresh shows weekly.
Visit the West Coast Fossil Park and the nearby Cape Columbine Nature reserve and lighthouse (the last manned lighthouse built in in 1936).

Other activities in the surrounding area include the Fish museum at Veldrift , Columbine Nature Reserve and Lighthouse, whale and dolphin viewing in season, wild flowers in season, kayak boat trips, and golf at Vredenburg Golf Course.
