A wonderfully relaxed haven. The staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble. Very peaceful and tremendously beautiful country. The spa treatment (rungo massage) was bliss. I will definitely be back.

What an amazing experience! From arrival to departure we felt so special. Beautiful setting, stunning accommodation, wonderful food and such friendly and helpful staff. A highlight was the private game drive. The picnic in the company of our expert guide and some awesome hippos is definitely worth remembering!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here from the moment we arrived and were greeted at the door the service and attention to ensuring our stay was as good as it could be was excellent. All the staff were friendly helpful polite and anxious to help in any way possible. The food was superb throughout,we had the half board option and certainly didn't need any lunch.A great selection at breakfast both hot and cold served in a lovely dining room overlooking the waterhole. The evening meal was also to extremely high standard, with 7 delicious courses and soup to die for it really was an amazing experience. The luxury tent we had was certainly not like any tent we have stayed in before. As good as the best of any hotel room, very comfortable bed with electric blankets, lovely warm outside shower and very well furnished. We could watch animals from our deck and a short walk to the lodge so you could see the animals at the Water hole l where we saw zebra,,giraffes and other animals. We did 2 safaris paying for the second and it was well worth doing that as they were both different and saw many other animals, the rangers were very knowledgeable and have lots of interesting information and answered many questions with great knowledgeable thanks to Silas and Lucean for excellent safaris..This was an amazing place to stay, lots of wildlife, superb food lovely staff and great tent,a truly memorable stay and we just have to try and come back here as soon as we can, thank you everyone.

This place has won over our hearts! The love affair started when they could accommodate us for a two night stay during our garden route trip. From the moment we stopped there we were showered with hospitality. On arrival we handed over our keys (valet parking) and was welcomed with a welcome drink and tour of the premises and services. While we were having our drinks our room was being readied (we got in on a cancellation so it was a last minute stop) and our luggage taken to our room (awesome porters). Checkin was a breeze and super friendly reception staff were so welcoming. We were to stay in one of the deluxe rooms in the tented camps - how amazing! This is what I call glamping! Air conditioned (and warmed) rooms, electric blankets, comfortable beds and bedding, fluffy robes (even one to fit our 7 year old -too cute!), complimentary fruit, sherry and coffee station, amazing bath and a shower under the stars!
Our first meal was the 7 course supper (set menu) which was to die for with perfect portions! Our second a large spread buffet breakfast!
The game was amazing, from all kinds of buck and deer to giraffes and rhino walking freely on the grounds. The highlight of our trip was an hour long horseback game ride we did just before leaving, which made us very sad to leave!
We will definitely be returning here ASAP! For awesome pampering, hospitality and food! The only negative I can mention is that the kettle on the coffee station took VERY long to boil. But that might have just been ours.
This place is PERFECT for young and old, for family holidays, romantic break aways, even ladies and boys weekends!
