REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE AND CLEANING SERVICE DEPOSIT PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL IN CASH
* R 500 Refundable breakage and cleaning service deposit payable on arrival in cash per stay booked
* R 350 Cleaning service will be charge for any excessive cleaning required at the unit after guest departure
* Guests are responsible for breakages / damages at the unit during their stay
* The refundable deposit or any balance thereof will only be refunded within 7 days from date of departure into the bank / credit card account of the guest

SERVICE POLICY
* The unit is not serviced during guests' stay
* Clean linen and towels are provided with each new guest(s) arrival
* We do provide a limited quantity of cleaning materials and toiletries for each new guest's arrival
* At the unit guests are responsible for the following during their stay; cleaning of unit, make beds, wash dishes, provide own cleaning materials, etc.

MAINTENANCE
* Although utmost care is taken during the cleaning process oversights sometimes do occur and we humbly apologise therefore
* Should anything not be up to standard and/or require maintenance please bring it to our attention in order for us to rectify the problem as soon as humanly possible

GENERAL POLICY
* Right of admission stay reserved at all times

PAYMENT POLICY
* We work on a 1st pay 1st serve basis
* Pay the non-refundable deposit due at your earliest convenience to avoid disappointment of the apartment being booked by someone else
* We regret no accommodation booking will be secured unless we have received the minimum non-refundable deposit payment due
* Bookings for the minimum stay requirement and/or 31 days or less before date of initial arrival are payable in full (100%) to confirm / secure the booking
* Minimum 50% non-refundable deposit secures a booking, unless otherwise noted
* Guest is responsible for all international transfer costs; no such cost shall accrue to us
* Please forward us the proof of payment to speed up the booking confirmation process, unless the booking was made via a booking- agent / engine

MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED AND PEAK SEASONS
* Minimum stay required is 2 consecutive nights, unless otherwise noted
* Minimum stay required during IronMan Weekend, Easter Weekend and Autumn School Holidays is 3 consecutive nights
* Minimum stay required from 10 December - 10 January is 5 consecutive nights

CONFIRMED BOOKINGS: BALANCE PAYMENT
* Out of Season Booking: Balance of the booking (if any) is payable at least 14 days prior to day of arrival, unless otherwise noted
* Peak Season Booking: Balance of the booking (if any) is payable at least 31 days prior to day of arrival
* Should we not receive the balance payment on request thereof, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel the booking and make the apartment available to other booking requests, please note that the guest will not be entitled to any refund should we cancel the booking due to non-payment of the balance

BREAKAGES & DAMAGES POLICY
* Guest will remain liable for all breakage / damages at the unit during their stay

TO AVOID WAITING FOR US AT THE UNIT ON ARRIVAL
* We are not always at the property - Please give us a call ± 90 minutes before check in, so that we may arrange for someone to meet you on arrival to check you in and hand over the access keys

ARRIVAL / CHECK IN
* Check in from 2 - 6:30 pm
* Check in close 6:30 pm
* No late check in allowed after 7 pm

EARLY CHECK IN
* Subject to no other guests checking out on the same day and by prior arrangement has been made before the day of initial arrival
* Early check in will only be allowed by prior arrangement, from 12 pm and only if the apartment is clean and ready for occupation

ROOM POLICY
* The apartment sleeps up to a maximum of 2 persons
* The apartment is booked as a unit per night

Wi-Fi POLICY
* Free limited Wi-Fi is provided to overnight guests
* Fair usage applicable - Up to maximum usage of 150 MB per day
* Should we find that guests are abusing the fair usage policy we will charge a fee of R 25 per GB or part thereof for Wi-Fi usage

CREDIT CARD FACILITIES
* No credit card facilities available at the unit: We only accept cash payments at the unit

CHILDREN U/3 POLICY
* A cot will be made available at an additional cost of R 50 per night

OVERPAYMENT / EXCESS PAYMENT POLICY
* Should a guest make an overpayment into our account, pay more than the required full booking value; the guest will only be refunded the balance once the overpayment has cleared into our account

CHEQUE PAYMENT POLICY
* Regretfully we do not accept cheque payments

PET POLICY
* We only allow dogs as pets; regretfully we do not allow birds, cats and/or any other animals
* An additional cleaning service fee of R 250 will be levied for excessive cleaning service should your dog urinate on any mats and/or dirty the unit
* We allow a maximum of two (2) small dogs or one (1) large dog at the unit by prior arrangement & confirmation only
* Please supply your own food container, drinking bowl, bed and bedding for your dog should the need arise
* Pets are not allowed on any furniture, beds and bedding

GAS HOB FACILITY
* The unit is equipped with a two plate gas hob
* Guests must please note that gas is extremely dangerous and care must be taken at all times when making use of this facility

PARKING
* Parking is outside (onsite) in front of the entrance to the unit

SMOKING POLICY
* Smoking is not allowed inside the unit
* Please note that smoking inside the unit will result in in an additional fee of R 500 being levied / charged for additional cleaning and refreshing of the unit

BRAAI FACILITY
* The braai facility is situated outside
* Guests must provide their own food, wood / charcoal / briquettes and firelighters
* Guests must please note that fires are extremely dangerous and care must be taken at all times when making use of this facility

KITCHEN FACILITY
* This area is fully equipped for self-catering
