REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE AND CLEANING SERVICE DEPSOIT PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL IN CASH
* R 500 Refundable breakage and cleaning service deposit payable on arrival in cash per stay booked
* R 500 Cleaning service will be charge for any excessive cleaning required at the unit after guest departure
* Guests are responsible for breakages / damages at the unit during their stay, including damage to towels, etc.
* The refundable deposit or any balance thereof will only be refunded within 7 days from date of departure into the bank account of the guest

SERVICE POLICY
* The unit is not serviced during guests' stay
* Clean linen and towels are provided with each new guest arrival
* We do provide a limited quantity of cleaning materials and toiletries for each new guest's arrival
* At the unit guests are responsible for the following during their stay; cleaning of unit, make beds, wash dishes, provide own cleaning materials, toiletries & food, etc.
* There is squeeze mop in a bucket filled with a little water in it to keep the squeeze mop wet in order to preserve the squeeze mop from drying out and being damage

MAINTENANCE
* Although utmost care is taken during the cleaning process oversights sometimes do occur and we humbly apologise therefore
* Should anything not be up to standard and/or require maintenance please bring it to our attention in order for us to rectify the problem as soon as humanly possible

GENERAL POLICY
* Right of admission stay reserved at all times

PAYMENT POLICY
* We work on a 1st pay 1st serve basis and policy
* Pay the non-refundable deposit due at your earliest convenience to confirm your booking to avoid disappointment of the apartment being booked by someone else
* We regret no accommodation booking will be secured unless we have received the minimum non-refundable deposit payment due
* Bookings for the minimum stay requirement and/or 31 days or less before date of initial arrival are payable in full (100%) to confirm/secure the booking
* Minimum 50% non-refundable deposit secures a booking, unless otherwise noted
* The apartment is booked as a unit per night sleeping up to a maximum of 4 persons (Maximum 2 persons per room)
* Only persons quoted and paid for may share the accommodation booked
* Guest is responsible for all international transfer costs; no such cost shall accrue to us
* Please forward us the proof of payment to speed up the booking confirmation process, unless the booking was made via a booking- agent / engine

CONFIRMED BOOKINGS
* Out of Season Booking: Balance of the booking (if any) is payable at least 14 days prior to day of arrival, unless otherwise noted
* Peak Season Booking: Balance of the booking (if any) is payable at least 31 days prior to day of arrival
* Should we not receive the balance payment on request thereof, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel the booking and make the room(s) available to other booking requests, please note that the guest will not be entitled to any refund should we cancel the booking due to non-payment of the balance

BREAKAGES & DAMAGES POLICY
* Guest will remain liable for all breakage / damages at the unit during their stay

MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED AND PEAK SEASONS
* Minimum stay required is 2 consecutive nights, unless otherwise noted
* Minimum stay required during Winter and Spring School Holidays is 2 consecutive nights
* Minimum stay required during IronMan Weekend, Easter Weekend and Autumn School Holidays is 3 consecutive nights
* Minimum stay required from 10 December - 10 January is 7 consecutive nights

TO AVOID WAITING FOR US AT THE UNIT ON ARRIVAL
* We do not stay at the apartment complex, please give us a call ± 90 minutes before check in, so that we may arrange for someone to meet you on arrival to check you in and hand over the access keys

ARRIVAL / CHECK IN
* Check in from 2 - 6 pm
* Check in close 6:30 pm
* No late check in allowed at the unit after 6:30 pm

* For a late check in from 6:30 pm onwards the guest will need to make an arrangement in order to collect the keys from us, the guest will not be checked in at the unit on their arrival after 6:30 pm onwards

EARLY CHECK IN
* Subject to no other guests checking out on the same day and by prior arrangement only, before the day of initial arrival
* Early check in will only be allowed by prior arrangement, from 12 pm and only if the apartment is clean and ready for occupation

CREDIT CARD FACILITIES
* No credit card facilities available at the unit: We only accept cash payments at the unit

ROOM POLICY
* Right of admission stay reserved at all times
* A room sleeps up to a maximum of 2 persons
* The apartment is booked as a unit per night, unless otherwise noted

OVERPAYMENT / EXCESS PAYMENT POLICY
* Should a guest make an overpayment into our account, pay more than the required full booking value; the guest will only be refunded the balance once the overpayment has cleared into our account

PET POLICY
* Regretfully we do not allow any animals inside and/or at the units

CHEQUE PAYMENT POLICY
* Regretfully we do not accept cheque payments

LONG STAY POLICY
* Staying 14 nights or longer: Guests will be supplied with an additional set of towels & linen for their stay
* Guests are responsible for washing of linen and towels during their stay should the need arise

SMOKING POLICY
* Smoking is not allowed inside the unit
* Please note that smoking inside the unit will result in the full (100%) refundable deposit being forfeit for additional cleaning and refreshing of the unit

PARKING
* Parking is behind a remote controlled gate
* Parking is onsite in a dedicated parking bay
* Guests making use of this facility do so entirely at their own risk

GAS BRAAI FACILITY
* The gas braai may only be used on the outside patio
* Guests must note that gas & fires are extremely dangerous and that it must be treated with caution and care at all times

LOFTED LOUNGE FACILITY
* This lounge area offers a TV with DStv Hotel package

KITCHEN FACILITY
* This area is fully equipped for self-catering
* Limited cleaning materials are provided

We stayed for 3 nights in this 2 bedroom unit. What a pleasure!! The unit is well equipped and situated nearby all major attractions. Parking is outside onsite behind a remote controlled gate. We enjoyed the gas braai facility. We recommend this unit to anybody that would like to visit Port Elizabeth and will surely return for our next visit. THSNK YOU!!
