Our fully under floor-heated 80sqm cottage has two bedrooms both en-suite to the same bathroom. The master bedroom is equipped with a King-Size-Bed, the second bedroom with Queen-Size-Bed. Bathroom with a big shower cabin, a designer basin, nice corner-bath and corner-toilet. Separate guest-toilet downstairs.
The granite-top kitchen is open plan to the lounge and fully equipped with high-quality appliances, such as a big fridge/freezer-combo, induction-stove and oven, extractor, microwave, sink, washing-machine, tumble-dryer and dish-washer. There is dining-area with seating for five and a corner-lounger in front of the 50" Smart-TV. Own private garden part and very spacious terrace.
"Highgrove Cottage" (Holiday Home):
Our "Highgrove Cottage" is a 92sqm semi-detached house located in a quiet gated community close to a mall with lots of shops and restaurants. The lounge with brand new appliances fully fitted open-plan kitchen leads onto a terrace covered by a pergola and surrounded by a small garden. There is a guest toilet downstairs. On second floor are 3 bedrooms in total, the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and is fitted with 2 single beds, the other bedrooms (sharing the second bathroom next door) are fitted with a queen-size-bed each. All bedrooms offer a lot of storage space in built-in cupboards.
Standard occupation is 4 people, the cottage can accommodate add. 2 people for a surcharge. Parking in the estate next to the cottage. There is a reception/ front gate manned by security service personnel. Electric fencing all around the property!
"Cottage Chardonnay" (Studio):
This beautiful and cozy 30sqm apartment offers furnished self-catering accommodation for two people in a Queen Size-bed (top-quality mattress) and max. two children on a comfortable sofa-bed. Make yourself at home in this fully equipped Holiday Home to make your stay an enjoyable one.

2-Room-Apartment directly next to the swimming pool with a big folding sliding door-system which can be opened completely to make the kitchen/dining room "open plan" with the swimming pool area. "Junior-Suite Pinotage" (Small Apartment):
Our small 45sqm apartment sleeps two in a double-bed and 1 adult or max. 2 children on a comfortable sleeper-couch. It has its private access to the big garden and big windows allow a nice view to the garden and the terrace.

"Villa Karibu" (Holiday Home):
This charming 250sqm holiday home has a living room, fully fitted kitchen (granite-top) with modern quality appliances open-plan to a nice dining room and two regular bedrooms each ensuite with its own bathroom, all on the ground floor of the double-storey building. A third bedroom fitted with 2 single beds is available upstairs for extra charge (no add. bathroom). The master bedroom (incl. safe) is equipped with a double bed (king-size, 184cm width) and its bathroom has a walk-in shower with shower head and hand shower, heated towel rail and UV-heater. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds. The second bathroom has a shower cubicle with shower head and hand shower, a cabinet with basin and a heated towel rail. Washing machine and tumble dryer next to the multi-purpose room.
All 10 cottages and apartments are serviced twice a week.
We are situated in the wonderful green Constantia Valley, the oldest wine region of South Africa, This area, close to Table Mountain, has an excellent infrastructure with all amenities as well as a beautiful landscape with hiking trails: We are close to shopping facilities (e.g. Constantia Village), Steenberg Golf Course, the Famous Cape Wine Routes and have got excellent restaurants "around the corner". The beaches which offer lot of water sport as well as Downtown Cape Town with all its attractions, such as the Waterfront, museums and theatres, Cape Malay Quarter, Parliament, Companies Garden, the Cable Way, Markets, and and and.........you can reach in 15 minutes, and the list goes on....
The well appointed holiday homes of Constantia Cottages are surrounded by an immaculate big private garden. Our guests have access to the beautiful 45sqm solar-heated swimming pool. The entire property is illuminated by lots of lights during the night and is alarmed inside and outside the buildings with beams, sensors and CCTV. Cameras at the bells show who is in front before opening up. We are connected to a security company (armed response). Secure off-street parking for all cars.
