nDzuti Safari Camp is now based deep in the Maseke Game Reserve with no boundaries between our concession and the rest of the Klaserie,Timbavati and Greater Kruger Park’s vast block of wilderness.
Animals are free to come and go following ancient routes between breeding and feeding grounds.
nDzuti Safari Camp, an affordable, traditional safari camp providing excellent game viewing and unpretentious hospitality in Maseke Game Reserve- Greater Kruger Park. Wildlife Encounters operate the charming nDzuti safari Camp which has recently added four luxury safari tents to the four thached chalets. nDzuti safari camp offers traditional big 5 safaris for just 24 guests at any one time on a large and productive area within the Maseke Game Reserve-part of Greater Kruger Park.
The affordable safari accommodation is a choice between the luxury tents with en-suite bathrooms and a viewing patio looking over the waterhole and four chalets sleeping four guests each in two en-suite bedrooms. There is a well established garden housing a boma, swimming pool and lookout deck facing onto a water hole.

In Room Facilities:

The tents are 30 square meters. They have en suite bathrooms under the extended canvas roof. There is a separate toilet cubicle, a shower and twin basins. The tents have ceiling fans and the choice of twin beds or king sized. The doors leading into the tent and the bathroom are not zips but rather framed, hinged wood and canvas doors. The patio off the front of the tent has comfortable seating and shade for sitting and watching wild animals like elephant and giraffe come to drink at the waterhole.
We have four bush chalets. Each has a furnished patio leading into a lounge with a large bedroom and en suite bathroom off either side. The king sized beds are under large mosquito nets with air conditioning. The bathrooms have both showers and bath. The bush chalets are ideal for families or groups of friends to share.

Area Information:

The Maseke Game Reserve makes up part of the Greater Kruger Park and is a part of the Associated Private Nature Reserve. The area has some access to the Olifants River and the valleys of that river system. There are beautiful rocky extrusions pushing up thoughout the area with lairs that leopards seek out.The elephant herds are drawn to the river and to the many waterholes. The open plains scattered throughout are ideal for wilderbeest and the good leaf cover of the trees lures in giraffe and kudu.

Property Facilities:

The fireside in the boma with twinkling lanterns or during the heat of the day in the shade on the lawn where large tress throw a shadow- name sake of the camp.

Attractions:

Game encounters and morning and afternoon game drives.
