When you enter this apartment a wonderful open plan renovation invites you in as the area flows over shiny gloss floor tiles from the entrance through the kitchen and living room all the way to the bedroom, which is separated from the living room by huge frosted glass sliding doors and windows. This provides ample natural light throughout the apartment whilst still providing complete privacy in the bedroom.
The kitchen features fridge / freezer combination, electrical oven and stove with extractor fan, washing machine, microwave oven, kettle and toaster.
The dining area has a glass top four-seater dining table and designer chairs.
The living room has a comfortable two-seater couch and cool blue Persian carpet which blends in beautifully with the rest of the decor and wall paper behind the headboard of the bedroom. This makes the entire apartment appear very attractive and inviting.
The living room has a TV, with Netflix and DVD player. The two stunning round ottomans complete the decor , and ideal to put your feet up after a long day.
The bedroom is decorated in cool ocean colours and has windows from side to side allowing much natural light into the apartment.
The modern bathroom has a shower, hand wash basin and toilet.
Key & Breakage Deposit:
A standard key & breakage deposit is payable before or at check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the apartment and may be changed at owner’s / management’s discretion. The following types of payments are accepted:
Secure online payment / Pre-authorisation link that can be sent directly to you or sent with the check in host on the day of arrival (preferred). This is for all short term stays less than 28 nights only.
If no credit card will be available upon check in and for all stays more than 28 nights; the deposit is payable via EFT but needs to bank before arrival.
If none of the two options above was actioned a non-refundable cash payment must be made before check in can be completed.
Deposits will be refunded between 7 and 14 working days after bank confirmation letter has been received, should everything be in order.
As well as a non-refundable R300 meet & greet for check-in outside of office hours on weekdays, and weekends after 18:00 (6:00pm)

Easy access to everything, and many things only walking distance around to enjoy, including the promenade, Green Point Park, Virgin Active gym, V&A water front, Cape Town stadium, Long street and the Green Market square. also many great restaurants and coffee shops near by.
Best sleep I have had at a backpackers in years. Decor and staff are notably excellent. I will be back.
