Welcome to RAMBLINN, 97 Nkwazi Drive, Zinkwazi beach.
RAMBLINN is the authentic beach holiday cottage! This home has direct beach access and is located close to lagoon.
The spacious living area opens onto an enormous flat lawn, ideal for children to expel heaps of energy or a game of volleyball or cricket
This cottage is in good condition, and well secured. It is fenced and gated from road and neighbors, an alarm system and armed response. The front of the property is only enclosed by shrubbery and there is an ungated pathway directly onto the sea sand. All linen provided, please beach towels. The home is serviced has braai facilities, (Weber), DSTV but no pool. (bring a blow-up pool for the little one’s). The Cottage sleeps 10 guests comfortably in 3 bedrooms and a dormitory and has 2 bathrooms.
Inside this charming cottage you will find an open plan lounge/dining room area. The kitchen has a microwave, stove, fridge/freezer, chest freezer and all cutlery and crockery are provided. Laundry facilities: washing machine and washing lines provided. There is a veranda with furniture.
Bedrooms: Main bedroom: King, extra length. 2nd bedroom: 2x single beds. 3rd bedroom: 2 single beds. The dormitory has 4 single beds. Bathrooms:1st bathroom with toilet, bath, basin. 2nd bathroom with toilet, shower, basin. Separate guest toilet.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Daily Live in maid levy: R250. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.
REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind. No pets allowed.
PEAK SEASON: Please note the options during the following period: Dec & Jan.
Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 14 nights.
Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 10 nights, these 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.
Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec.
Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 – 7 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.

The safety and clean beach.
Safe swimming beach. Beautiful lagoon. Well maintained and clean.
Maree is a top class cook, she made us feel very welcome. The small touches from the welcome platter to bedroom chocolate treats are amazing. Her kindness was endearing The accommodation and service staff are top class. The village is beautiful and if you get a chance, have a sunset with Alf who has many interesting stories or get him to take you for a walk in the local conservation area. Thank you for a memorable stay we would love to come back.
A haven of peace and tranquility. Good for the soul.
Small community. Away from the maddening crowds. Wonderful for families with small children, who can play on the shores of the lagoon. Very laidback. Be prepared to cater for yourself - only 1 or 2 restaurants/cafes.
