This huge two-story, self-catering holiday house is situated in Table View and is fully equipped for a "home from home" holiday. It is conveniently located close to great restaurants, family entertainment centres and beautiful beaches like Bloubergstrand, the start of the wine route, world renowned golf clubs and other attractions. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests making this the perfect house for big families or groups of friends. Please note that there is a NO PARTIES/FUNCTIONS OR EXCISSIVE NOISE policy, as this is in a residential area.
The first level offers a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a lounge area with a TV, music system and comfortable seating. The lounge area has big double doors leading onto an 8-seater garden table-perfect for outside dining. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and separate dressing area, while the second bedroom has a bunk bed, ideal for children, and can be separated into two singles (please request bed type). There is also a guest toilet on this floor.
The second level offers two rooms, each with twin beds and a separate bathroom. There is also a kitchenette and a lounge/TV room that has a double sleeper couch.
Kindly note that the friendly caretaker also lives on the property and can assist in arranging cleaning (at own cost). There is a remote access garage for one car and outside driveway parking for two more.
