Welcome to Erika Self Catering.
Erika is a comfortable home comprising of a very large lounge/dining/entertainment area, a fully-equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms.
The lounge and both bedrooms have beautiful sea views, as Erika is situated a mere 500 m from the main beach. It is approximately 200 m from shops, churches, and restaurants and is within walking distance from all amenities as well as Struisbaai's quaint harbour.
The house is built on a slope, with the main entrance on the ground level on one side of the building, and the sea-facing part of the house on a double-storey level with balcony. The large garden is protected against the elements by Milkwood trees and natural fynbos, as well as two lovely braai areas.
The main bedroom comprises of twin beds and en-suite shower, while the second bedroom has a double bed and access to a separate bathroom with separate toilet. All bed linen and towels are provided. The exceptionally large lounge/dining room area is ideal for relaxing with family or friends, or to just and gaze out at the sea. During the winter months, guests are able to enjoy a cosy fire in the evenings or on rainy days.
Erika's large fynbos garden is protected by indigenous milkwood trees and invites various birds as well as the occasional tortoise or buck. Erika is self-catering, with coffee and tea provided. Breakfasts can also be arranged on request. In addition, we offer a service whereby we stock the basic groceries for self-catering at a cost payable upon arrival. A list of grocery options will be sent to guests upon request of booking.t.

This is the place to go to relax, has enough site seeing areas and good area to just unwind. Wish we had more time to spend.
The amazing scenery.
The friendliness and the people. The choice of beaches and being able to take my little ones to collect shells. The drive out of CPT to Struisbaai is stunning and of course seeing the most southern point of Africa and visiting the light House in Agulhas.
I enjoyed the absolute friendliness of the residents of Struisbaai. No one passes you without greeting. What
further pleased me is the safe environment. No worries of theft or break ins.
