Stellenbosch is situated in the winelands region of the Western Cape Province, 40km from Cape Town. Its university has the only viticulture department in the country. It has miles of vineyards and is surrounded by the Jonkershoek mountains.

Guests are welcome to bring bicycles to cycle on the farm or take a walk between the vineyards.
Guests can drive out to any one of the wineries on the Polkadraai Road for a wine tasting or a wine pairing. The historic town of Stellenbosch is only 7 kilometres from the farm and guests can also visit Cape Town’s attractions as it is only 40 kilometres away from the cottages.
Airport is only 20 minutes away.
The farm also offers a wedding/function venue.

We booked as it was our anniversary, and we could not have picked a better location. The view was beautiful and it was so peaceful. The cottage was perfectly equipped for a short stay. The host was wonderful in helping me arrange a bottle of Rosendal MCC, which was very nice! The Cottage was exceptionally clean. Once again thank you very much! Cannot wait to book another stay :)
My stat at 401 was absolutely perfect. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The service was exceptional. I really enjoyed everything about it.
Choosing 401 Rozendal as our wedding venue was the first best decision we made as an engaged couple� It is a very intimate place, filled with character and a kind of uniqueness that cannot be matched! Thank you to Elandi for organizing everything and making sure everything went perfectly to plan on the day (i did not know of anything that went wrong and that is alot to be said by a bride�)! Jannemann you and your team did an absolutely fantastic job with our menu, the food was devine and i will recommend you far and wide!! 401 Rozendal is a great venue, thank you for providing such a special place to celebrate our wedding day!
