*Although we love that our guests are able to enjoy the mountains and natural scenery whilst residing at the Pat Busch Mountain Reserve, please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any damage or harm caused to individuals or their property during your stay. Guests reside at their own risk. Please note there is open water on the reserve with streams, two freshwater mountain dams and a swimming pool. Children must be supervised at all times. No children are allowed to swim in the swimming pool without supervision.

Damages / Breakages: By accepting this reservation/booking you hereby agree to financially compensate the owners / agents of Pat Busch Mountain Reserve CC for all damages and/or breakages, which intentionally or unintentionally occurred whilst you and your party stayed at the premises. Pat Busch Mountain Reserve CC reserves the right to invoice you for all such damages/breakages at its own discretion.

Indemnity: The guest hereby agrees, on his behalf of the members of his party, that the condition of his/her residence at Pat Busch Mountain Reserve, Robertson, that neither Pat Busch Reserve CC, its owners, employees nor agents shall be responsible for any injuries to or death of any person or the loss or destruction of or damage to any property or any damages of any other kind, including, but not limited to, pure economic loss, whether arising from fire, theft or any other cause of whatsoever nature or kind and by whomsoever caused, whether arising from the negligence (gross or otherwise) or wrongful act of any person in the employ of Pat Busch Mountain Reserve CC or otherwise. The guest and his/her party hereby waive all such claims and furthermore hereby indemnify and hold harmless Pat Busch Mountain Reserve CC, Robertson or such persons by the guest, his/her party or any person occupying the premises together with the guest or any invitee of the guest. The guest chooses domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes at the address supplied by the guest. This agreement constitutes the whole agreement between the parties and no warranties or representations, whether express or implied, not stated herein, shall be binding on the parties and no alterations hereto or waivers made shall be binding unless in writing.
