The property sleeps 12 in 5 bedrooms, serviced by 4 full bathrooms. (It is suitable for max 10 adults). All linen is provided, please bring your own towels and beach towels. Bedrooms have large built-in cupboards, hangers and ceiling fans. This unit is double story and is configured as follows.
Downstairs: Pool, guest loo, spacious open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped, all crockery and cutlery are provided, there is a stove, two fridge/ freezers, a dish washer and washing machine (tumble dryer upstairs). 3 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: 1st bedroom with Queen size bed, on-suite with full bathroom. 2nd bedroom: 2 single beds + 2 “pull out” beds. A full family bathroom.
Upstairs: 2nd Lounge and dining room. Also, a large patio with braai area. Main bedroom with King size bed, beautiful views and an on-suite full bathroom. 4th bedroom with double bed. 5th bedroom with 2 single beds. A full bathroom shared by bathroom 4 & 5.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.
PEAK SEASON: Please note the options during the following period: Dec & Jan.
Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 14 nights.
Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 10 nights, these 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec.

Reviews
We had a wonderful stay at 7 Kwazi Villa. The Villa is beautifully modern, spacious and clean. The house has a beautiful view from the pool area and the upstairs patio, and is walking distance to the beach. The main swimming beach is a short drive from the house.
We did not have access to the garage, which was not communicated to us and parking was a bit of a problem as it is very limited for such a large house (10-sleeper with only space for 2 cars).
The gas was not checked before we arrived and we had to request a gas refill for the upstairs braai. The microwave also gave us some trouble.
Aside from that, we had a fantastic time!

Maree is a top class cook, she made us feel very welcome. The small touches from the welcome platter to bedroom chocolate treats are amazing. Her kindness was endearing The accommodation and service staff are top class. The village is beautiful and if you get a chance, have a sunset with Alf who has many interesting stories or get him to take you for a walk in the local conservation area. Thank you for a memorable stay we would love to come back.
A haven of peace and tranquility. Good for the soul.
Small community. Away from the maddening crowds. Wonderful for families with small children, who can play on the shores of the lagoon. Very laidback. Be prepared to cater for yourself - only 1 or 2 restaurants/cafes.
