Goblin’s Mead No 20:
Enter the front gate into a magical garden and into a welcoming hallway on to a large open plan lounge, dining room, fully equipped communal kitchen and scullery. It is tastefully and comfortably furnished with leather couches and our usual Goblin Olde world charm, reticent of the times when luxury and charm were part of every day living. French doors lead into a private tropical, pool and patio area where the sounds of running water soothe and relaxes the soul after a long day at the office or sightseeing in our wonderful mother city.
There is a free flow for communal relaxation and socializing whether indoors or outdoors. Our beautiful eight-seater dining table invites for an al fresco meal or a business meeting for those all-important clients.
The kitchen is spacious and well equipped and opens on to the lounge area where cooking is fun.
Four beautifully appointed bedrooms, all with their own en suite bathrooms. Two with a king-size bed which can be changed into 2 single beds, and two rooms with a double bed. Each room has a smart TV with Netflix, some with aircon and some with a fan, and a heater. French doors open to the enclosed tropical garden and pool area.

Goblin’s Mead No 10:
A delightful house in the same cul de sac, light and airy with a touch of decadence. The attractive and very comfortable sitting room/dining room leads through to an open planed modern well-equipped kitchen that is ideal for self-catering. French doors open up from the sitting room area to a delightfully quaint wooden deck, which serves as a sunny breakfast area in summer, enclosed by a small, very private garden.
The three bedrooms are very well-appointed, decorated in true Goblin style, stately olde world charm, all with their own bathrooms en suite with shower, basin, and toilet, inviting beds with crisp fresh white linen and liberally sprinkled with rose petals. All rooms have TV’s with 18 channels and FREE Wi-Fi, hot water bottles for winter and fans for summer. The rooms are all stylish and luxurious with a feeling of warmth and nostalgia that often have guests feeling that they are spending the night at a favorite old aunt.

Goblin's Mead is very centrally situated to all amenities and major tourist attractions with easy access to the N1 and N7 highway. The small village center only a few blocks away has Restaurants, Clicks, Woolworths, a Bottle Store, Coffee Shop and more to see to your every need.
Our closest wine farm the Famous De Grendel started in 1720 is less than 5 km away with its award winning wine and Michelin Restaurant, well worth a visit (book well in advance for a table)
We are also within a few kilometers from Grand West Casino, Century City, Ratanga Junction, Panorama & N1 City Medi-Clinics, the well renowned Panorama Veterinary Clinic, World famous beaches, The Cape Town Waterfront, Table Mountain & for the business people Epping, Montague Gardens and Killarney Gardens.

Plenty of parking places are available in front of the house.
