We had a really wonderful week at Darling Villa. Pamela was an extremely thoughtful and responsive host. The villa has a lovely layout with fantastic entertaining and both indoor and outdoor living space - fantastic views and sun traps at every turn. Pamela has thought about and caters for her guests’ every need. We would thoroughly recommend this villa.

Pam was a great host. The house is a marvelous English colonial style Madison, not young but well maintained, and it's perfect for big family (one or two) that are looking for a familiar welcome. The location is situated in a perfect position near to the town, cape point and Constantia. Peaceful and safe, close to shop market, restaurant, petrol station even if still very quiet. It's really appreciated the possibility of being offered the help of an house keeper.

The perfect place to stay when visiting Cape Town - easy access to the center of town and to all the sights and activities in the outskirts but still in the beautiful and peaceful area of Hout Bay which is just next to Chapman Peak. Pamela was very helpful from the second we sent our enquiry until we came back to our own home - following up with us during our stay to ensure that everything was fine. The house itself is excellent, beautiful and has a relaxing atmosphere - we were 7 staying there (4 adults and 3 children) and it worked out perfectly.

My girlfriend and both of our Mothers rented Pamela's home for nearly a week, and it was an amazing experience. Pamela and her husband were there when we arrived (even when our car rental delayed us a bit) and they gave a very warm welcome and explained all of the check-in logistics. The house has a detailed alarm system which they explained very well making it easy to use. Pamela was available throughout the duration of our stay and went out of her way to make it a good stay for us. The space was very clean, each room is very unique, decorated nicely, and overall the house has everything you could need. We especially enjoyed the deck, the outdoor breakfast patio, the jacuzzi, the pool, and all of the interesting an unique books throughout the house. It is truly a relaxing place.
