Each shack has a queen sized or twin beds with Cloud Nine mattresses and good quality crisp linen. No smoking allowed in the units.
We have created the most charming little Sea Shacks to accommodate you within an idyllic and tranquil setting.
Each wooden cabin is being personalized and themed to suit its name by the famous artist Theo Kleynhans. Whether you have the pleasure of staying in Oyster or the delight of Dolphin this is sure to be the beginning of a special memory.
The Tents(Star, Moon and Sun) are more suitable for teenagers with its low roof top and stretcher single type beds.

Absolute amazing place, highly recommended
We had 4 front row units for 3 nights. What a wonderful glamping experience, the facility is expertly run and spotless, we were a bit worried about night trips to the long drops but this was not a problem and only added to the glamping experience, we had good torches, a must to compliment the solar lights. Lights in the communal kitchen / dining / braai area work well.
The only bit of equipment we would load into the bakkie next time would be a portable braai drum , the one on site has seen better days. Thanks again to the owners of Sea Shack, Daniel and Spices for a great stay.
What an awesome hidden away little treasure! The manager, Daniel, who runs the place was very friendly and helpful from the start.
Lovely peaceful stay at an amazing place.
This little gem in our opinion should be referred to as Heaven on Earth!!!
We enjoyed a much needed break at the Sea Shack for a week end stay and celebrated my husband's birthday. We booked the Sea Shack exclusively for 25 of us and this remarkable place did not disappoint in any way! I don't know where to start......this place is absolutely incredible and should be on anyone's bucket list to visit if you enjoy being close to nature and if you appreciate God's greatest creations. You can't get any closer to nature than this as the ocean is literally on your doorstep. This is not only an amazing venue by day, but by night the beauty of the star-filled sky is so overwhelmingly beautiful that it brought tears to my eyes. The facilities are more than adequate and you literally just have to take your own food and drinks, everything is catered for and should you need anything else the town of Paternoster is 5 minutes’ drive away. The shacks and tents are quaint and decorated nicely. The beds and bedding provided is of good quality and really comfortable. The ablution facilities and showers was very clean and everything worked really well. There is really nothing that we would change at Sea Shack. A good tip for anyone booking for the week end is to try and arrive on the Friday around 14/15h00 to make the most of a weekend. We really didn't want to return to the city life after checking-out on the Sunday after such a relaxing, INCREDIBLE weekend. We celebrated friendship and we celebrated life and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to do this. We cannot wait to return and will definitely recommend Sea Shack to everyone. Thanks for having us, Sea Shack – we look forward to seeing you soon. Sanna Theron and friends #patties2018
Received a warm welcome by the hosts and the scenery is breath taking, with a beautiful view just meters away from you "shack" they provide everything you would need for that perfect glamping experience
Comfortable beds to sleep on
Love the atmosphere at the sea shack
Absolutely wonderful, 100% from the staff and already booked our next visit.
No electricity, only gas. This will make you feel as if you are literally sleeping on top of the ocean. Big fires and self help facilities. Star gazing. Great couples retreat. Not more than 2 nights for me though. The long drop can get a little bit too much.
Great venue!

Paternoster Reviews
Calm, peaceful place!

Definitely the sea view, the hiking, and fishing.
I love the fact that it is still a small fisher's village and absolutely beautiful there. I will definitely go back to Paternoster again. Loved every minute of it.
Small place, just like it because its private!
The activities they had available which made it more memorable and fun eg; Kayaking, horse riding the Beach Buggy Drives and also I Love the ocean.
I enjoyed the scenic views. Friendly people and especially the foods.
Interesting shops.Close by nice food. The friendly people.
The people are friendly and the beaches and restaurants are fabulous. The Cape Columbine nature reserve is stunning for flowers and coastline.
The restaurants has the best freshest seafood, the views are spectacular untouched beaches safe to walk around.
