Welcome to Blaauw Cottage.
With its contemporary design and low energy and water footprints, Blaauw has a modern open plan, double volume living area with fireplace and generous veranda with indoor braai. The veranda leading out onto the private garden and sparkling splash pool. The cottage and veranda has stacker doors that can be opened up to give the cottage a open air feeling.
The self-catering cottage has two bedrooms on either side of the double volume living area, each with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have stable doors that lead onto the veranda.
An annex next to the main cottage provide a second storey third bedroom with two single beds and en-suite bathroom the room has its own coffee and tea station.

We had a lovely stay in Blaauw Cottage, everything nice and clean and warm atmosphere inside. Will recommend to everybody.
Klause and his wife are absolute nice and friendly people.
Absolutely loved our time at Blaauw Cottage. The cottage is packed with all the necessities.
Very well thought out design and extremely neat and clean.
The area is quiet and hot but the splash pool is perfect to cool off in.
The outside braai area and outdoor sitting area is great for summer and winter.
The little town has a handful of Cafes and bistros. We had a lovely breakfast.
We will definitely be back.

Cafe Felix is lovely. We had dinner there. Wonderful atmosphere. The quiet of the town. At night you can "hear" the silence. Beautiful place.
The wonderful location, the views, the mountains and the local people. We met a fantastic artist call Piet Blom, and his wife Hester! His paintings are all about trees, and the complexity in his art is incredible!! We bumped into Mornè du Plessis, what a great man! And Roberto the Italian owner of Angies is a great host and looking after every patron personally.
For me the people, the unique town setup and the wine and nature and the simplicity of all makes it a great destination.
Beans about coffee!!
The local people made the atmosphere much more pleasant. Wineries are great!
