Fisherhaven Traveller's Lodge is a 4 Star graded establishment offering a variety of affordable accommodation in Fisherhaven, a suburb of Hermanus.
Accommodation includes en-suite standard and double rooms as well as a family suite. All the rooms are situated upstairs and have ensuite/private bathrooms. Free Wi-Fi and secure parking are available.

Area Information:Fisherhaven is located near the Botrivier Lagoon, with a spectacular sunset view of the Koggelberg mountains and ocean in the distance making it the ideal place to relax and recharge.
Property Facilities:The lodge has a guest lounge with comfortable sofas, a fully equipped guest kitchen with a 6 seater dining table, indoor barbecue facilities and dining table, a shaded seating area, a small indoor pool, pool table, and our famous Sundowner deck.
Attractions:Fisherhaven is the residence of wild horses that roam around the area. There is so much to do and see in and around the Overberg that one hardly knows where to start!! In the immediate coastal region you have access to over three thousand varieties of indigenous flora when visiting one of the nature reserves and along the cliff path. It is also a bird watcher's paradise. There are penguins on the coast in nearby Stony Point, there are seals, whales, and dolphins in the sea. There are baboons, bucks, and the occasional leopard in the Koggelberg Nature Reserve.
For the more adventurous there is boat-based whale watching, sea kayaking, fishing, paragliding, rock climbing, abseiling, mountain walks, cycling paths, and horse safaris along the beaches. Then there are the more extreme sports such as cage diving for Great White Sharks, white water rafting, kite surfing, powerboating, scuba diving, and bungee jumping. The choice is entirely yours. Or you can just relax on the deck, enjoy a sundowner, and smile.

I am from George and spent 4 nights at Fisherhaven Travellers Lodge with my husband and 2 daughters. We were given a very warm and friendly welcome by the hosts Vanessa and Derek. Throughout our stay we were made to feel very special. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. Haven't met better hosts than them. The place was very comfortable and private. My girls enjoyed the pool room and braai area very much. Would recommend people to visit Fisherhaven Travellers Lodge anytime. I would do it over again. The hosts gave us excess to their private place on the lagoon as well to watch the beautiful sun set. Awesome experience.

WOW! What an awesome place to stay, everything you need and looking for is under one roof. The hospitality of the owners is overwhelming, my daughter said that she wants to move to Fisherhaven after our weekend there.....hahahahahaha. I'll recommend Fisherhaven to anyone. Fisherhaven will see me and my family again.
