Accomodation Reasonably Priced, However Once there very expensive, Not Child freindly pricewise and no accomodation made for children in dining. Can Coke from barfridge in room R20. Restuarant Expensive but very nice, however the same kitchen that serves a great R140 piece of steak or fish (small Portions) could not cook an egg properly or consistantly toast bread. Kids breakfast also R120 (crazy) as it is literally eggs,bacon,hash,tomato and mushrooms with a small buffet of cereal, juice,one cold meat and cheese. After 3 mornings of trying to explain what toast was and a soft egg we had enough and wanted to check out, however then had to deal with a very arogant manageress who told me she was not giving me my money back for the night we were not going to stay and took it on herself to comment about me to other guests in the dining room, not aware that my daughters were also sitting there when confronted also denied this and continued to argue with me and only much debate and after my insistance changed the bill to let me pay for what was due. Seems a Definite drop in service and quality on weekends, from turn down with cookies on Thurs with a nice Fri Breakfast , to no service and poor breakfast from Friday. I think the two on site dogs bingo and Tula sum it up. Bingo - a bit of a gamble what you get from sublime to poor, and Tula (Means Keep Quiet) Dont complain as the manager does not see ANY room for improvement of this establishment. Nice but Overpriced for Food & Drinks and overated by staff themselves
