Built in 1927 to a Sir Herbert Baker design, the Elgin Vintners Country House has been restored to its former glory, with all the modern comforts. Accommodating up to 10 guests in four luxury suites, the house is child-friendly and gives guests the run of the property.
The English country garden is the perfect place to experience the expansive view of the encircling Hottentots Holland and Kogelberg mountains.
Take a stroll across the sweeping lawns to discover the secret fairy garden, explore ancient trees and hidden places, and enjoy the sensory explosion of the abundant flower beds in the terraced garden first planted in the 1920s.
