Beekman Holidays acts as primary letting agent for this rental property. Any interest earned on funds that you pay in respect of your rental booking, earned between the time you pay and the time that Beekman Holidays pays those funds over to the rental property, will accrue to Beekman Holidays.

The use of braai’s (barbeques) is restricted to accommodation where the facility is provided at the unit itself.
Guests who booked and paid their accommodation using a credit card will need to present the same card at check-in. A security fee of R1000 will be taken as a pre-authorization upon arrival.
To ensure well managed access to backup power during loadshedding, please note that our Resorts operate generators in defined timeslots. Please consult your Resort's Reception for more information in relation to resort-specific timeslots.
Day Visitors will be allowed subject to 24 hours prior notice directly to the resort. Kindly note the number of guests will not be allowed to exceed the max sleeper size per unit.
You and you guests must provide proof of identification such as a valid ID, driver's license, or passport. Without proof of identification, the resort may deny you occupation.
You or your guest must produce a confirmation letter in hardcopy or digital form at the time of check-in. The resort reserves the right to allocate a different unit, of the same size, to that indicated on the confirmation letter.
If in the opinion of management, you and your party exceed the maximum designated capacity of your unit, you and your party may be asked to vacate the unit, and a penalty fee may be charged to you.
Please respect your fellow guests' enjoyment by ensuring that there is no noise or disturbance at any time, but especially after 10pm. The playing of loud music at any time is not acceptable. The failure to adhere to this will result in the request to please vacate the unit and resort.
This resort imposes a group limit and booking conditions, and has special check-in procedures, and require additional deposits and indemnities. If you are part of a group or multi-party booking greater than 13 guests, please be sure to check directly with the resort as soon as possible after receiving confirmation of this booking.
Renting out a unit prior to getting approval from management is not allowed. You may not “split” the booking period amongst guests that are not indicated on the official confirmation letter. If management, at their discretion, finds that you’ve not abided by these requirements, you and/or your party may not occupy the unit, or will be asked to vacate the unit, and a penalty fee will be charged to you.
Any damage to the resort property, including the unit/s and their contents, is the financial liability of the guest in occupation, and may exceed the breakage deposit paid at check in, depending on damages incurred during occupation.
Signing an indemnity form is standard practice. Only a person over 18 years may sign the Guest Registration Card at check-in. The indemnifier must remain in occupation for the duration of the stay. If the indemnifier vacates the unit, the remaining occupants may be asked to vacate the resort.
Pets are not allowed at the resort, except for certified support animals. Failing to adhere to this may lead to a penalty fee and a request to remove the pet(s) from the resort.
Smoking in units, on patios, or any of the other buildings on the resort premises is not allowed by law. Should Management, at their discretion, find that you and/ or your party has violated this policy, you will be liable to pay a fine.
We accept no liability whatsoever for any injury, death, loss, damage, or expense suffered by you, your guests, or anyone else taking occupation with you, arising from any act of God, theft, strike, fire or the acts or omissions of any other person, including but not limited to the local or national government, limitations, restrictions and requirements for visas, permits, licenses and certificates on border controls and immigration (if applicable), military, police and security services intervention, international and local travel, movement of goods and persons, occupation of accommodation and the use and enjoyment of facilities, amenities and public and private venues, while under the jurisdiction of such local or national government.

We enjoyed our stay very much.
Lovely, clean resort. Great for children. All round pleasant and quiet stay. The WiFi was a problem.
What a beautiful resort to visit. Very calm and beautiful atmosphere. Kids enjoyed every moment at the play area and warm swimming pool. The food was also great. Wish we could have stayed a little longer.
We went for a weekend at Kiara Lodge. We are very impressed. Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Beautiful location. Really satisfied.
Staying at Kiara was breath taking and refreshing. Even though I was tired after running the Surrender Hill Marathon in Clarens. It was really relaxing being there. Thank you.
Many activities to keep children of all ages busy. Water slides are suitable for small children, there is a wide variety of jungle gyms, the jumping pillow is fun for all ages and the games room is very well equipped. - Jan 2020
Loved Kiara Lodge. We had a self catering Chalet close to the new heated indoor pool.

As a family we have visited Kiara Lodge in June 2019. We have accommodated 3 chalets which were all newly renovated, beautiful, practical and offered more than expected. The staff were friendly, very helpful and this added to an enjoyable weekend stay. Kiara Lodge offers much for children, especially the playing area, and for adults the restaurant/bar on the premises is worth visiting. The views from our rooms were amazing and the walking trail was just as much fun. We will return in future. - gerhardhud, June 2019
We spent 6 days here and to my mind, it must rate as one of the best all round resorts we have visited. We stayed in a self catering unit which was well equipped and with a spectacular view of the Malutis. The resort was perfectly maintained and management clearly run a tight ship. The food supplied by the restaurant was reasonably priced and of a high standard (I recommend the Eisbein and the toasted chicken and avocado sandwich). - BigboySomersetEast, October 2019

Variety
Main roads to town are recommended for daylight use only. Small town atmosphere but with a wide variety of activities and stores. The annual Titanic Challenge Trail Run was my main attraction - stunning views!
Everything....food, quality of shops...felt safe...clean...friendly people....
Love all the shops and restaurants there is. Surrounded by mountains. Perfect breakaway for winter or summer.

Small, quaint, but very lively little town with spectacular views all around. Hiking is a must and can be done on the edge of town. We stayed at Views and the hiking trail was on our back door. Beautiful, beautiful little town offering great food, culture, entertainment and beautiful hiking trails.
