A true 7-star experience! If you have not experienced this amazingly luxurious, friendly, top notch guest house in Simon's Town you have missed out. This is a bucket list guesthouse and experience. The decor, amazingly equipped rooms, views and so much more blew me away. It is everything they marketed and so much more. Love the staff, breakfast and the owner popping in for a chat. I have been around the world and this must be my no 1 guesthouse of all time all around the world. I rate this 101 %. If you don't believe my rating .... please visit for yourself.
A beautiful place in a perfect location with the most beautiful views. We stayed in the honeymoon suite with a distinctive and striking décor. The service that we received from Innocent and his colleague was the best, they went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Thank you very much, Nicole and your team! (The steps kept us fit, lol!)Bescy.
Penguin Place se verblyf ervaring het bygedra tot ons wonderlike vakansie in die Kaap en ons sal hulle vir seker aanbeveel.
Beautiful setting and very upmarket quiet area with magnificent views of the Ocean. Pictures do not this studio justice.

Simon's Town Reviews
5 stars from me, amazing people, amazing view and such a small and intimate place!!!
LOVE SIMONSTOWN!
The buzz and quaintness.
The quaintness, cleanliness and lovely places to walk around.
It really is a must see town, there is a scratch patch with the most beautiful stones. Boulders beach is a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy the penguins and plenty of shops to browse, plus a very nice yacht club with plenty of spots to choose from to grab something to eat.
Everything is central.
The quiet tranquility :-)
The town itself is amazing, historical and quaint. The view of the bay and the beach were breathtaking.
The stunning views of beach and mountain. Excellent restaurants and bars. Scenic drives. Hiking trail.
All the wonderful things to see and do!! We stayed at Boulders Beach Lodge where, from the deck, we saw penguins walking in the car park!! Really awesome stuff!!! Boulders Penguin Colony is something else. Do yourself a favour and get there!
Then there's the Jubilee Square Craft Market and the Harbour (we liked Fran's Place and her story), we visited the Toy Museum, danced to live music at 2 and 6 Pence, enjoyed the elegance of the Lord Nelson Inn where we had pizza and watched the Champions League final, spent a laid back afternoon sitting at the Black Marlin having wine and oysters and just watching the boats down below and then views, views and more views!! Absolutely breathtaking!
We'll be coming back to camp at Smitswinkel Bay (bucket list stuff!) and at another time at Miller's Point, can't wait!!!
P.S. Was surprised and sad to see that the British Hotel is closed. I really wanted to have a sort of tour of the inside if they'd have allowed me. I would appreciate it if you could let me know what is happening there?
