Luxury B&B/Guest House. Set in the beautiful Red Hill Mountains overlooking False Bay with its clean, unspoilt beaches, The Boat House offers spectacular ocean & harbour views from the balconies of ALL six of its tastefully decorated bedrooms as well as the breakfast area which is situated on the upper level. Enjoy a delicious english breakfast, freshly made to order in a super relaxing environment and then take a short stroll down into the main street of town to explore or visit the local penguins. We also have beautiful wine farms just a short 15 minute drive away where you can enjoy a relaxing afternoon.
In Room Facilities:-All rooms have spectacular views of the sea and harbour from their respective balconies, including outside table and chairs. Sun beds are available on request.

A lovely b&b with beautiful views and friendly hosts. The breakfast was very good!
Everything perfect.
This place far exceeded our expectations. We would happily pay more than what the room was. Everything was outstanding. Everything was spotless. The view was unreal and the were beautiful lounges on the deck to enjoy the view. There was wine and bar fridge if wanted to enjoy wine on the deck. There was complementary sherry in our room along with delicious chocolate and so so so many other little novelties like many soaps and bath gels and lotions. Nothing was missing or spared. Everything was laid out soo beautifully even from the welcome note on our bed. Super comfy bed that you could lye and watch the view.
The breakfast was included and was outstanding it was very very cute and had been well thought out. Had everything. The continental was soooo good we didn’t have room for the cooked. Muesli yoghurt nuts muffins cheese fresh fruit, you name it they had it. It was laid out beautifully and you sit on the deck and watch the view. Superb.

Absolutely stunning property with a beautiful view. All staff on site were super helpful and provided loads of information about the surrounding area and things to do while we were staying. Breakfast was amazing.

The buzz and quaintness.
The quaintness, cleanliness and lovely places to walk around.
It really is a must see town, there is a scratch patch with the most beautiful stones. Boulders beach is a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy the penguins and plenty of shops to browse, plus a very nice yacht club with plenty of spots to choose from to grab something to eat.
Everything is central.
The quiet tranquility :-)
The town itself is amazing, historical and quaint. The view of the bay and the beach were breathtaking.
