Kure Kure is situated less than 5 minutes’ walk from the beach in the quiet suburb of Sandbaai, just 3 kms from the centre of Hermanus, so you can enjoy peace and tranquility here and be within easy reach of all that the town has to offer.
In Room Facilities:
We have two lovely chalets, Seagull, sleeping up to four people, and Gannet sleeping up to three.
* Hermanus and the surrounding area of the Overberg have much to offer: the scenery is wonderful – the combination of the sea (and the whale-watching in season) and the mountains, make this one of the most beautiful places on earth.
* Many people come to Hermanus to watch for whales which visit the bay from July through to November (and of course the famous Whales Festival in September).
* Others come for the fabulous beaches, to swim, surf or just enjoy the sun. But there are plenty of other activities to enjoy: shark cage diving, kayaking trips, or Fernkloof Nature Reserve offers a range of spectacular walks among the fynbos.
* Wine lovers come to taste the wines produced in the Hemel En Aarde valley or along the Stanford Wine Route.
