We are pleased to present Clifton Sunset, a distinguished 4-bedroom vacation property located in the renowned Clifton area. This exquisite residence, which comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, offers breathtaking sea views from its spacious deck and lush garden.
A distinctive feature of Clifton Sunset is its commitment to sustainability. Integrated solar panels enable the house to operate completely off the grid, offering guests an environmentally-responsible retreat. Situated on Kloof Street, and a mere walk away from the iconic Camps Bay beachfront, it serves as an idyllic retreat for individuals, couples, and families.
The elegant dining and lounge spaces open up to a captivating patio that showcases mesmerizing sea vistas. This outdoor space also includes an al fresco dining section and a rejuvenating swimming pool. The state-of-the-art open-plan kitchen caters to all gourmet needs. The three main bedrooms in the house come with air-conditioning. Additionally, a separate air-conditioned bedroom is positioned on the top floor, complete with its own entrance.
Each bedroom is adorned with premium bedding: the main room features a king-sized bed, while the second and fourth rooms have queen-sized beds. The third room offers the option of two single beds or a double bed. Overall, Clifton Sunset epitomizes a genuine and relaxing beach experience.
For an added touch of luxury, the property houses a Beauty Spa for guests.
