Riverbend is like a little piece of paradise on earth! It's becoming our favourite place to visit when we need to get away and reset! The fact that our precious doggies can join us and have such ball also makes it a winner!

It was a lovely stay and so peaceful on the riverbank. Lulu, the dog, visited us and was really such a sweetie. They were great in helping us out when our car battery died. Would definitely stay there again.

I absolutely loved my stay at Riverbend Cottage. The views are fantastic, with mountain views and a stream close by.
I was looking for Peace and quiet, and that's what I got. There are easy scenic walks on the farm with lots of birdlife. Liz was the perfect host, very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be visiting again. Fully deserved their 5 stars.

Our stay at Riverbend farm cottage was amazing! It had everything we needed and was just the peaceful break we needed. It was like walking into an oil painting...cute little cottage right on the river. Our dogs had an absolute ball and were safe and secure in the fenced off garden for when we werent watching them.
Can't wait to go back in summer and enjoy some swims in the sparkling clean river!

We had a wonderful stay at the Cottage, the view of the sparkling pristine river and spectacular Bamboo mountain was
just amazing, and our dogs loved the walks. We really should have stayed longer, Friday to Sunday not long enough.

This was a return visit, and we stayed longer this time. This says it all! We again loved the peace and quiet, and our dogs loved the fenced-off cottage where they could roam freely and safely. Highly recommended.

We spent 5 nights at the cottage, and loved the peace and tranquility, to say nothing of the view across the river to Bamboo mountain. Liz was a great host, always willing to answer questions and providing a daily update on loadshedding times (for which the cottage is well prepared). Having a fully fenced garden was also a huge benefit as it meant our dogs could wander about freely. We would recommend a stay at the cottage, and are planning to return.

Cute little cottage in a beautiful location. Perfect for doing walks and hikes in the area!!
