Reschedule policy:
1. Any rescheduling must be done in writing via fax or e-mail.
2. A reschedule fee of 10% of pro-forma invoice will apply if rescheduled less than 14 days prior

* ALL estimates are valid for 7 days

* Accommodation Booking Confirmation & Deposit:
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is payable before your reservation can be confirmed as a valid booking.
- Deposits can be paid by credit card, cash or EFT
- Kindly send us a proof of payment to: info@timoshaguesthouse.co.za

* Conference and function Booking Confirmation & Deposit:
1. To secure the venue and date a deposit of 50% is required.
2. This deposit is payable within 7 days after acceptance of quotation.
3. If payment is not received within 7 days of acceptance, this date will date will be automatically made available to other interested parties.
4. Confirmation will only take place once the deposit is paid and proof of payment is received.
