3 Driftwood is an upmarket ground-floor self-catering beachfront apartment, located in a popular and secure complex on the Ballito beachfront.
In Room Facilities:The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living room. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed and is en suite. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. These two rooms share a second bathroom with a bath and a shower. There is also a separate guest toilet.
The open-plan kitchen is well-equipped with a washing machine and tumble-dryer, a stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster and a kettle. The living area is stylishly furnished and has a TV with a DVD player, and family DStv bouquet. There are ceiling fans in all the rooms. The living area leads out to a veranda with stylish patio furniture and braai facilities. There are excellent beach and sea views from the lounge, the main bedroom and the veranda.
Area Information:Ballito is nestling between the green rolling hills of the KwaZulu-Natal north coast and the blue rolling waves of the warm Indian Ocean. Experience some of the many diverse pursuits, and visit enchanting locations within easy reach, or simply relax on the golden sandy beaches to soak up the African sun. Gateway Shopping Centre are just 30 minute's down the road. There is also Sibaya Casino and Entertainment Centre about 20 minute's away. For the wild at heart and nature lovers, do not forget our Big 5 game reserves as well as eco-trails and excellent bird watching north of Ballito. Then of course the magnificent beaches. Willards Beach is the main bathers beach and a very popular surfing and body boarding spot. There are plenty of tidal pools where you can have very reinvigorating dips as fresh water flows in from the sea. You will also notice a variety of beautiful marine life while swimming or snorkelling in the pools. Fishing is huge on the north coast. After all the activities you will find many restaurants and night life in Ballito.
Property Facilities:The Clarke Bay swimming beach is directly in front of the complex and is protected by shark nets and lifesavers, and a tidal pool is close by. There is a tennis court and a swimming pool in the complex. The Driftwood complex is within minutes' walk of a shopping complex offering a supermarket and a variety of restaurants and shops.
