Nestled in a protected green gully, this stately villa is the perfect home away from home for those who require ultimate privacy and space. The highlight of this property is the marvelously lush garden and superbly large pool, providing families space to play and explore.

The forth en suite bedroom is located on the ground floor and opens up onto the palmy pool area.

Area Information:
Camps Bay is an affluent suburb of Cape Town, South Africa. In summer it attracts a large number of foreign visitors as well as South Africans.

In Room Facilities:
The villa consists of 3 floors whereby the middle floor connects all of the main living areas. There are two spacious TV lounges, one a formal and cosy area with a wood-burning fireplace, the other suitable for entertaining and unwinding. Both lounges are fitted with fabulously large flatscreen TV's. A fully equipped kitchen with separate scullery, flows onto the dining room with an exotic fish tank overlooking the lounge. The terrace has sufficient outdoor seating and sofas ideal for breakfast, lunch or al fresco dining. Three bedrooms on the top floor lead onto sun filled terraces with views stretching from Lions Head across Camps Bay to the twelve Apostles.

Attractions:
This exquisite villa is just an 800m walk to Camps Bay beach / promenade and a block away from public transport.

Getting around
UBER is the safest taxi to use while on your travels. Always make sure the registration number corresponds with the driver picking you up. The MyCiti bus stop is just 1 block away which feeds right through the city and beyond. The villa is 800m stroll to the famous Camps Bay beaches and promenade.
