Groeneweide is the perfect place to kick up your feet and relax. Very clean and neat, perfect to braai, fun board games and a gorgeous view of the ocean and farm animals. I would definitely recommend this lovely getaway.

We had an amazing unforgettable weekend at Groeneweide.
I felt right at home among all the farm animals and the Fynbos.
The house is spacious and extremely well equipped.
We enjoyed making fire in the evenings and the braai was STOCKED up with fire wood - on the house.
They have a lovely restaurant and nursery on the premises.
We did not want to leave!
I can definitely recommend Groeneweide and cannot wait for my next visit.

What an awesome, peaceful stay. Beautiful, clean and a little house beautifully laid out. I rested well.
My husband and I stayed in Blomberg cottage, and I can highly recommend this accommodation for anyone seeking some peace, with a view - with a fireplace indoors, and lovely braai area outside. The accommodation is clean and comfortable. It has a fully equipped kitchen, and has a very new feel about it. Mathilda was very kind and helpful. The farm is close enough to activities in the area (beer routes, hiking, markets, ocean etc.), but if you prefer staying indoors if you find yourself in stormy weather like we did, there are games, the fireplace and comfy couches. It has WiFi though, so you won't be roughing it too much. Just bring some pancake mix and wine and you're sorted! We will certainly go again to share with some friends.
We had an exceptional time at Groeneweide thank you. Brunia Cottage was cosy, secluded and exactly what we had hoped for. Cooking dinner by candlelight on the open fire in the open plan cottage was incredible and the surrounding area is stunning. We would highly recommend it to fellow adventurers.
