Chester House Studio has a great location close to UCT and just a 2 min walk from Main Rd, where you will find public transport, the Jammie Shuttle, restaurants, pubs and major supermarkets. It is a renovated, airy, open-plan self-catering studio apartment equipped with all the necessary requirements for your independent stay, including secure onsite parking . Situated on the top floor – with a lift in the block – it is quiet and private and has a very pleasant outlook. It is equipped with all the usual including a built-in hob, comfortable double bed, a walk-in shower and a study desk/table, plus WIFI and selected DSTV. There is also a sleeper-couch in the sitting area.
Close to Belmont Square and within 2 kms of sports facilities like Newlands Rugby, Cricket and Swimming, and prominent schools like SACS, Westerford and Bishops, and Groote Schuur Hospital. It is also convenient by car for other hospitals like Red Cross Children's Hospital, Kingsbury, Vincent Palotti, Rondebosch Medical and the Fertility Clinic. The city centre is 10 mins away by car or you can take the train from Rondebosch Station.

Fab building and area ...would love to return !
Helpful and friendly hosts. Chester House was so close to UCT, I only needed to walk. Close and convenient to shops and eateries, perfect for busy days. Comfortable room, bathroom and lounge, and able to watch TV from bed. Plenty towels and toilet paper, even cleaning detergents. Safe and secure with a remote gate. Helpful caretaker. Did not like the noise from the train-line.

Wonderful, peaceful suburb!
Restaurants are great and vibey with wonderful options and menus.
I loved the beautiful gardens, trees and it seemed like a lovely suburb.
