Betta offers eight natural stone self catering en-suite chalets comprising of either twin or double sleeping arrangement.
Four of the chalets are family friendly with double and single beds.
Betta’s six campsites each offer a braai area and shaded
seating area, electricity point, washing-up facilities and a top deck from were you can enjoy inspiring sunsets with a cold one in the hand. The ablution facilities are exquisite and clean. Hot water is still made with firewood in a "donkey" boiler.
Betta has a charming farm-style coffee shop and well stocked kiosk. Meals are also available on order or prior arrangement.
The small filling station and tyre repair shop is an essential service.
The natural stone accommodation units at Betta Camp comprise of eight chalets fully equipped for self-catering. Each room has its own en-suite shower, toilet with either twin or double bed configuration. Four of the chalets cater for family or friends traveling together. Each chalet has a shaded patio with barbecue facilities and seating area from where you can enjoy the exquisite sunset over the Namib.
Betta also has six shaded picnic spots and campsites, each with a braai and seating area, washing-up facility, electricity point and an elevated deck from where guests can enjoy the sunset. Hot showers are provided by traditional “donkey” fire.
Enjoy a light lunch under the shaded seating area while your vehicle is refueled. The well-stocked Kiosk & Coffee Shop bake fresh farm style bread and cake daily. Pies, cookies, bottled preserves, fresh meat, hot & cold beverages can also be purchased at the shop.
Breakfast and dinner is provided by prior arrangement. Betta Camp is renowned for its T-Bone steak and wholesome cooking.
The fuel station offers Diesel, Unleaded fuel and minor repairs. Ablution facilities are immaculately clean and maintained for campers and day visitors.

From Maltahohe, drive 36km on the C14 road towards Helmeringhausen. Turn into D824 road for 11 km, turn into D831 road for 16 km, turn into D826 for 37 km to reach Betta.
Duwisib Castle is on the way to Betta.
From Aus, follow the C13 gravel road for 105 km, turn off into the C27 road before reaching Helmeringhausen, drive 100 km to Betta Camp.
In Room Facilities:
Rooms are either double or twin bed configuration with bedding provided.
All rooms are en-suite with shower & toilet facilities, basic amenities and towels.
Each unit has its own shaded patio with outside barbecue facilities.
Betta Camp has beautiful facilities complemented by stunning Pro-Namib landscapes. Its location is ideal for a stopover en-route to Sossuvlei, Aus or Luderitz. Guests are welcome to explore Betta farm on foot to view the scenery and large Quiver trees that dot the landscape.
Watching the sunset over the Namib while relaxing at your campsite or on the patio of your chalet is a privilege and the best activity one can enjoy at Betta.
