The living area is situated on the ground floor and includes a lounge area with a romantic fireplace, additional seating, a TV with selected DStv channels, a dining room table and chairs, wall heaters and a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, gas stove, kettle, and toaster. A breakfast tray including tea, coffee, milk, rusks, juice, yoghurt, cereal, eggs, baked goods, butter and jam is also provided.

The top floor comprises an open-plan bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. The queen-size bed is fitted with comfy linen, throws and cushions. The room is equipped with additional seating, a chest of drawers, a hairdryer, hangers, and a ceiling fan. The en-suite bathroom contains towels, a bath and a shower. An extra mattress can be provided with full complement of linen and towels for a third guest

Guests can enjoy alfresco dining next to the swimming pool, have a braai on the deck or simply relax. Off-street parking is provided in a covered car park.

A really fantastic spot to stay. Not only was the cottage exactly what we needed and more, but Charmaine was very accommodating and helpful right from when we booked all the way to when we checked out. I haven't had such a pleasant get away experience in a long time.

Upon arriving we were greeted with breakfast items (yogurt, cereal, eggs), filter coffee and enough wood for an evenings fire.

The cottage is well appointed with everything you will need for your stay. The beds even have electric blankets if you stay in winter like we did.

The house is cosy and the garden is really large, looking onto an empty field, where the sun sets over the mountains.

Fabulous, quiet self contained tiny cottage, perfect for a week and wanted to stay longer. We will be back. Very comfy bed and fabulous little pool.

The place was really sweet and great for a weekend getaway spent relaxing on the beautiful deck and cooling off in the clean pool. It was really great having the whole property to ourselves and very peaceful. Views were awesome and it was a surprise to even see horses trotting past. The place was very private and easy to find. It was also fantastic that on arrival there was milk in the fridge as well as some other treats for our stay, it’s always great being able to have a cup of tea on arrival before having to go to the shops to stock up on other food.

It is a beautiful, quiet town where you can rest, reset and enjoy nature - but with really good coffee and great little shops :)

Greyton is a small, quaint and quiet village with lots to see and offer. A good selection of restaurants offering a range of cuisine options, coffee shops, galleries, Garden Centre, plus Greyton is ideal for outdoor adventures and adventurers. Many hiking and cycling trails, all marked and mapped, for the beginner to the advanced. An hour and a half from Cape Town, so an easy, beautiful drive, through the Overberg farmlands.
