Welcome to our lodging in the heart of Hermanus at The Mayflower! Two fully equipped cabins each sleep 2 adults on king or twin beds. There are lovely views from the cabins and each has a deck with a weber braai. The cabins each have a pull out sofa bed for a child older than 8 years.
The Port Side and Starboard Cabins at The Mayflower offer understated luxury, self catering lodging in central Hermanus close to all amenities. Walk to the shops, seafront and enjoy a stroll along the cliff paths with their spectacular views of Walker Bay. Restaurants and Ficks Restaurant and Tidal Pool are almost a stone throw from The Mayflower. Secure off street parking
We have a plunge pool for those hot summer days! Use at your own risk.

We regret we cannot accommodate babies or children under 8 years unless BOTH CABINS are rented by family parties travelling together. Adult children can be accommodated separately from Mum and Dad in one of the Cabins which are situated next door to each other.
Retired Master Mariner Graham Fenn and his wife, artist Jenny Bowes Meyer (owner of Eastbury Cottage), opened their two upper deck self catering cabins at 18 Flower Street in 2016. There is a lovable chocolate Labrador on the the premises called Murphy.

A friendly town where everything you need is nearby.
The weather and the wine farms, as well as their Saturday market.
After leaving the Grand Lux boutique hotel we checked into the Harbour House which was accommodating and welcoming and central to everything. GLBH is out of the way for tourists unless you have a car.
Lots to see there and loved the coastal paths.
The restaurants, the calmness and of course the ocean.
Nice sea side walkway, but the center is too crowded.
Relaxing place.Beautiful sea and cliff views. Lovely shops and large variety of excellent restaurants.
Fernkloof for beautiful walks in Nature reserve. Grotto beach absolutely amazing( all facilities )Fine sand, body boarding and kite surfing when windy.
