Welcome to Sandpebbles Estate,
Self-catering accommodation located in the secure Sandpebbles Estate, situated in the picturesque Chelsea Conservancy, on the outskirts of Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth). A working farm with resident horses, ducks and chickens and an environment that will transport you far away from inner city living.
The accommodation comprises 2 self-catering houses of which 1 can accommodate 2 guests and the other 4 guests. Both units are fully-equipped with open-plan lounge and kitchen.
The Store:
Comprises 1 en-suite bedroom. The bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, and the en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Complimentary shower gel, shampoo, and luxury towels are provided for guests. The open-plan well-equipped kitchen contains a fridge, a microwave, an oven with a stove, a washing machine, an iron, and a breakfast counter. The adjacent lounge features a TV with selected DStv channels and a double sleeper couch for 2 extra persons and opens to a private stone courtyard which has a braai area for guests to use. Free Wi-Fi Internet is provided in the house. Outside the front door, you will find a private parking space.
The Stables:
Comprises 2 bedrooms of which the 1 bedroom has a queen-size bed and the other twin beds and both have built-in cupboards. The bathroom has a large shower, basin, toilet, and a washing machine. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and in the lounge is 2 large sliding doors to enjoy the views and easy access to the patio braai area.
There is private parking space on the estate.
The estate is approximately 8 km 2 of Gqeberha's (Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth)'s) largest shopping malls, Baywest and Walmer Park, and a 5-minute drive to the beautiful pet-friendly Sardinia Bay beaches.
