Haus Garnison was established in 1994 and is still under the same management, this gives you the peace of mind to know that we are your home away from home. Haus Garnison is centrally located to the beach, town and other amenities.
Take a safe 5 minute walk into town center and 2 minute walk to the beach Haus Garnison has 10 rooms and can accommodate 18 - 21 guests. Breakfast is served daily in our dining room. You are also welcome to enjoy a coffee in our garden.
We have ample parking for tour busses and also offer garages on a 1st come 1st serve basis to our guests making use of own transport.
Haus Garnison also offers two self-catering flats for those that want to be a bit more private but still want to enjoy the services of a guest house and closeness of town and the beach.

We enjoyed our stay at Haus Garnison. The owner was really nice, we arrived late, but she waited for us. Clean room, great location, close to the shops and the beach.

This is about the tenth time, since 2005, that I have been visiting Haus Garnison. Mrs Meisie Grobler is friendly and professional, the price is good and the service is excellent. I am happy.

The stay in your house has been perfect, your'e really the "soul" of this business (as we say in German). Last night has also been good. So, thank you again for carrying . In the end i'm glad given my money in this Swakop -trip.I like your little town so much. The Dentist you recommended i will inform what happens in Berlin with my Dentist.... Fantastic town, loads to do, clean, beautiful and full of character. My favorite town through South Africa and Namibia so far.
I am looking for accommodation for group of 50 guests for self catering in Swakmund. It can be 2 to 4 per sleeper.
